Great place for team outbounds but the service is not upto the mark.The rooms were allotted late at 2pm when they are supposed to give at 11am.

The maintenance seemed to be an issue. Room service was slow specially during the night time. Otherwise a property worth staying. Private beach, amazing swimming pool and golf

In short this place is bad, like really really bad...

Let the get this out of the way first, the location and the property is beautiful, but that's about it...

My bad experience started at the check-in itself... I have made a part payment at the time of booking (50%), they booking was directly done with the hotel... To begin with no confirmation email or invoice was sent to me... Anyways I didn't bother since the booking was directly with them... When I went to check in they didn't have any record... After showing them transaction, them calling there Central support and about 20 to 25 min later they reached the conclusion that indeed I have made the payment... Q

Anyways later I headed to the beach along with my mom and others (the beach is considerable walking distance from the room) after we were done playing in the water we were resting on the sunbeds placed by them... I asked for a towel, which there was a stack present nearby, they refused.... Anyways I asked them to call a cart as we were tired to go back to room, they agreed and asked us to wait 2 min.... Which never happened... Finally we had to walk back...

Anyways after walking back to the room the key card didn't work (which had just some time ago)... I called for help and this was promptly addressed, I told about the displeasure I recently faced about the towel, cart etc to which the helper responded I am new/intern here and I don't know much...

Moving on to the dinner that day we did @ beach side, the bartender there had absolutely no idea about anything, looks like he was there just to guard the bottles... There menu has very limited items... Food was decent though...

The breakfast was a total disaster.... The dose, samber and chintey(made with desiccated coconut, in Goa where coconut are in abdunce) so horrible that I literally could not force myself to take another bite.... The waffel was under cooked... Chef made a special omelette, which was good, when asked to repeat it was totally different and not good...

The next day was my sisters Birthday... We did inform the hotel staff two days in advance... On the day we asked if they have a cake we can buy... They clearly refused, I mean it's such a big hotel and there is no bakery (forget about a complimentary celebratory singing or any gesture I had to find a bakery nearby to go to buy a cake, only if they had informed this earlier)... We asked for a la carte menu, they asked us to use the online menu, the link was broken... And they took about 40 min to serve the food... The waiter took about 20 min to take the order (even after 20 I personally had to get up and call one to take my order)

The golf course is just average...

To sum it all... They property is good but that's about it.... Don't expect good service, good food/ good on time or even an basically apology even after going so wrong in so many place..

I have ever seen

We are here to attend wedding of Sankit and Arushi but the service of Lalit is extremely poor which was not expected at all. Food quality and taste is also very poor. We have to call housekeeping 3-4 times to get our room cleaned and to ask for a water bottles.

Stay at the The Lalit was superb and the staff particularly Ms Pooja was quite courteous in helping out

I had a bad experience,

1. luggages take 1-2 hrs to recieve at room after check-in,

2.Tv is not HD,

3. Remote is broken,

4. They provide two single beds for a Couple.

5. Swimming pool is under renovation ( which was
not informed at the time of booking)

6. Frequent power cut problem 3-4 times a day

Not a appropriate services like other Lalit Franchise.

Lovely property and beautiful rooms. But staff isn't too professional and the food is just ok. Even the hot chocolate I ordered was thin milk and cocoa which quite defeated the purpose of enjoying the rains

Awesome place with beautiful garden, swimming pool and beach view. Maybe they can work on party shacks. It's good for whoever wants silent beachside hangout.

Huge property, you can rent a scooty right outside the main gate of the hotel....swimming pool is very big....food is good

If I had chosen on OYO I still would have received clean rooms on time and would have been able to sleep while paying a very small amount of money

Here I gave the top dollar for a room with cobwebs and dust all around which by the way I got after three hours of waiting as it was being "deep cleaned" for me. See the pictures and judge for yourself.

The pillow they gave for my daughter has a torn pillow case and the staff never apologized for all these goof ups.

Additionally don't order food from here. If you are vegetarian you don't have many options to eat and the food quality is equivalent to that of a dhaba. I paid 500 bucks for steamed rice but they couldn't even afford good quality basmati.

We had a great time at the Lalit. Its a wonderful place which should not be missed by anyone. Its a huge property with a picturesque landscape connecting to the beach. Superb hospitality buly the staff. They give a 7star service at the Lalit.

Stayed for 3N, for a wedding in Dec'18. Hotel was good in all aspects but for a couple of things:
1) Food could've been better.
2) Housekeeping staff were very slow in responding to any requests made to them.

Wonder place in south goa- for a regular visitor to goa this can be the final destination- drawback too far from airport

We here for 3days and the all over experience was just awwwwsmmm.... Property is very beautiful. Nicely planed the space. Pool is very nice and clean. Beach is superb... The staff is really kind and cooperative. Positive energy.
My travel plan got reschedule due to some reason, I requested at front desk for some hrs extantion for my stay.... Without any hassal they allowed me to be in premises. Really apprisiated. Thank you Preet and Mr. Abhay ( Pleasure to meet you both at front desk and got my day happy.) Keep it up. Good luck. Hope to see you all again soon.

It is an Awesome property with beautiful clean beach Hotel staff is very good and helpful Rooms were spacious near and clean Swimming pool experience with live music was awesome

Really really amazing. The property is lush with lots of activities. Golfing in the morning is heavenly with a drink to keep you company. The staff is very friendly too, and takes good care of you. Lalit is a nationally recognized brand but this property just takes it to another level. If you're wanting to take a break from the numerous beach shacks in Palolem and Patnem, this is the place to head to. You will not be disappointed.

This place is good for a short vacation. It s not very costly compared to other 5 star resorts, but then it also does not provide you the luxury and amenities that other hotels would. In my opinion it is for people wanting a peaceful stay in Goa with budget constraints to take care of.

The LALIT hotel was a ever seen hotel anywhere it was a amazing for all views
I am satisfied a lot from hotel with all facilities

I shall share the reasons for such rating.
1) Poorly maintained room in terms of cleaning. The bathroom floor was not clean, was sandy and our room had some namkeen on the floor. Dust on windows, cob webs , and main attraction was a baby lizard in the bathroom shower cabin( looked more like a pet since it stayed with us during our entire stay), the electric kettle was stinking terribly. However all this was taken care by the staff on 1 phone call.
2) Severely understaffed. No one was present at the entrance, nor did we see anyone approaching even after honking, we had to go inside & ask where to keep the luggage & park our vehicle. The check-in staff took us to the room and they took almost half an hour and 2 reminders to get our luggage in the room.
3) Breakfast was the worse I have ever seen considering it's a 5 star property. Be it the variety, flavour, punctuality (started at 8:20 when the time was 7:30 am) or service. Staff was struggling to keep up with the pace of orders inspite of the fact that hotel is running on 30-40% occupancy as told by the staff. Most of the items were served just for the sake of it.
4) Garden although huge was very dark and poorly lit making it unaccessible after 7pm
5) Staff was also not very cooperative & polite. Did not look professionals by the way they were dressed, behaved and working.
6) Toiletries I found were of low quality
7)TV had around 30 channels but it was not clear. Forget HD, it was hazzy.

I would have not complained have I not spent 10000+ on a single night thinking it's a 5 star property.

The resort is located at the admist of greenery with a private beach. It has one pool and a buffet with exclusite chiefs. The package provides with carried services and a luxury rooms to stay.
