Our stay at The LaLiT Golf & Spa Resort Goa was an amazing one, and we could talk to our helpful concierge and visit the local beaches. We could also sample Goa s best local cuisines from the comfort of our hotel restaurant.

Huge property. Very comfortable rooms. Excellent breakfast spread. Service is a little slow to my personal liking but may be it's because the property is so large that it will take time. Very large swimming pool

Well I ll let you know the reason for rating it at 3 start
Pros

1.Awsome property and its really huge
2.Rooms are very very big.
3.The golf course can beat any international course.
4.The pool was closed due to covid but for normal times its just a treat.

Cons

Well well well !!!!
For any 5 star property the most important thing is service and these guys lack superbly in services.

The calls made at reception being unanswered several times is a big no no for a 5 star.

Charging for baby milk and later on denying to make the corrections in the bill is really unwanted

The staff really needs some good classroom trainings. For instance,I have never seen a 5 star staff wearing slippers and sandals,I have never seen someone asking me to keep my food tray outside the room . They are just apologetic on every escalation but didn't see that being corrected.

Dusty wardrobes in a 5 star , oh plz give me a break

Very less spread of breakfast and the quality is not even near a 5 star..

Property was nice but need improvement on food and service is required. Reception service is worst. Don't know why they need half day to ready room for check in. If the crowd is high on particular duration they should higher more employee so that guest do not need to wait for longer time for check in. Food need improvement. For the property and location I can give 4 star but for food and service I think 2 star is too much.

An excellent resort with great amenities and located at perhaps one of the most picturesque of Goas beaches.

Room sizes are generous and well equipped, the resort is maintained to a very high standard both in terms of cleanliness and security.

There are excellent restaurants on site, having dined at each of them, Cortas alongside the beach is most certainly the best, Gundeep who was managing there most days is certainly an asset to the resort. His attentive nature and welcoming attitude has left a lasting impression which will probably encourage us to return next year.

It was a good experience, I enjoyed playing tennis, and plus the beach was near so I could go wherever I liked... It's a good destination for families. Overall my ratings would be 4.3

I booked a holiday for my parents at The Lalit and they stayed at the place very recently. Posting this review on behalf of them.

When you hear a decorated name like The Lalit, you expect a very rich service. Unfortunately, our experience at The Lalit, Goa was just the opposite. My wife and I were looking forward to our one night stay at the resort, but our excitement took a downward road the minute we checked in and went to have our lunch. To our shock, there were more crows in the dining area than people or staff. Crows were flying all over and eating whatever eas left unattended. We had to eat our food with crows sitting right on the next table! In addition, the service was supremely slow. Food arrived an hour later after we orderd. We understand you are understaffed due to the pandemic, but 60 minutes of waiting time and having very limited staff to bring and serve the food and also to run behind the crows is way too unmanageable.
The room was fine. We paid a bit extra for a sea view room but could hardly see the sea. The property is huge and great but very poorly managed. We felt like taking an evening walk but there were very dim lights; you can barely see the next step while walking.
Being understaffed due to Covid is understandable. But when a customer pays you for a relaxing stay, you need to make sure they get service worth every penny paid.
There is absolutely no leisure activity you can engage in. Spa and pools are shut, understandably so, but no arrangements for any other activities are made.
The resort has a private beach but again, very poorly maintained. We expected atleast a few sitting chairs or mat and stuff, given it was a private beach of The Lalit but there was nothing.
We came to Goa and chose to stay at The Lalit hoping that it would be a one of its kind experience, but we are extremely disappointed. Cost cutting measures like less staff is fine but maintainence, lightings, and a welcoming warmth extended to customers is what everyone looks forward to. Would not recommend.

The staff and the property is very gud.the stay was good but it was hassled due to a small glitch on the part of the top management the quality of tv transmission was pathetic. They had intalled local cable and merely had 3 or channels that could be watched
Just to save few bucks they cud not get a decent dth that is a norm anywhere these days. Wasmnt expected from such a big brand

Beautiful and large property on a pristine beach, my friends who stayed there liked the large rooms and the view. The staff are polite and helpful and the breakfast is very well managed. The beach it self is amazing and doesn't see as many tourists as the the ones besides it.

This is actually 5 star resort. Frankly speaking, if u book The Lalit, then do not need go anywhere for beach. The Lalit is beach property and has private beach. u can see only hotel's guest on the beach. the beach is very clean and looking very beautiful. another best part of this resort is Swimming Pool. Pool is very big. Rooms are luxurious and every facility available in the room. With king size bed, u will find in the room, 52 inch TV, Big sofa, lobby area, study table, complementry water bottle, chargable mini bar, service telephone, many lights and huge balcony. In the bathroom, U will find, Bath tub and shawer panel, big wash basin, western toilet, every essentials. The Lalit has huge variety of food. U will get breakfast free. Lunch and Dinner is chargable. Yes ofcourse, Lunch and dinner is costly. Lunch is costing Aprx rs. 1400 and dinner is costing Aprx Rs. 1500 (This is resort offer price). They have three very big Resturent. ambiance was amazing. No words to say about beauty of The Lalit. it is awesome. U will find every steps, where u can click Photo. staffs are very cooperative. every person, welcoming you with NAMASTE. U will welcoming with sheep mala and very good drink. Room Service is too good. In short, The Lalit makes my holiday memorable. I am lucky that I choose The Lalit. In future, In Goa, The Lalit is fixed for my stay.
