It's one of the best 5 star hotel in Goa spread over 85 acres of land with golf course and fantastic amenities. It's about 65kms from airport and about 4 kms from cancone railway station. It has an excellent reception counter which facilitates super fast check-in and check out. The property is extremely beautiful, well maintained and very picturesque also. The rooms are very spacious, neat and tidy with 24hrs hot water facility. Also it has a very neat swimming pool.For me the USP of the entire property was the scenic private beach attached to the property. Just a little far from this beach there is a spot where the river talpona confluences the beach(Raj baag beach) which is really a sight to eyes. Once you get in to the property you don't feel like to go out anywhere. Water sports and paragliding are available near the beach. Breakfast served at the hotel is very tasty and caters to tastes of all. It has 7 banquet halls, a trendy bar, dining area and a holistic spa.This place is apt for destination weddings and reception parties. A must visit place in Goa. Further to mention Mr Pradeep at the reception counter was very helpful to us with check in and late check-out...Thanks to the entire team of Lalit for their examplary hospitality.

Absolutely amazing resort in South Goa. They have their own private beach and Palolem beach is also just 2 kms away from it. Loved this place, would visit again for sure.

Highly recommend this resort. Proper next level 5 Star on a massive ground which is well kept. Food is great and buffets are impressive with choice and quality, rooms are very amazing and luxurious and beyond comfy, pool is amazing and large and with a bar, golf course was perfect and there is a private beach as well with massages etc. The staff are genuinely very helpful and go above and beyond. there are activities as well and a large bar. Chef Sanlin (Santin perhaps) was also fantastic and took into consideration our dietary requirements which meant a lot. Definitely check this place out!

Nice greenery and private beach....is the best thing about this place

Needs a lot of maintenance after the lockdown period. Played here many times over the years but it is not as good now. The fairways have a lot of wild grass and the greens are very very slow. Hopefully it will get back to its earlier condition. But it is still enjoyable playing even now.

The way of saying "Namaskar" with a pleasant smile, its impressive. The staff is very friendly and ready to help everytime , especially Housekeeping.
I'm really impressed with the room dining staff ,they serve me like a VIP.
The pool!!! is great and it Enhance the beauty of the resort and there is a Spa named "Rejuve", it's ambient gives a pleasant satisfaction and

Amazing resort ......beautiful landscape, I loved the beach and huge rooms with lots of activities . Had a very enjoyable stay.... oswin at reception was very helpful for property show round.

The resort is awesome. Ambiance is really good with many amenities. One thing they can improve is install powerful fans in the reception lobby.

Not satisfied with communication done for pick up from airport as it was included in my package but the hotel person has informed me that it is not due to which I have to incurred personal cost to reach the resort on grievance it was told that ya it a mis communication from our side sorry for that we can't do any thing....

Attended a corporate event, the resort and location is awesome with proper private beach and a golf course. Rooms are fine, could do a little better with it. Sea food is great, but no much to say about other cuisines. Overall a good experience.

It's a large & lovely green place with 9 golf course & beaches, its very nice and here you can see the scenic beauty and enjoy yourself also

Heritage property. Needs an upgrade. But massive property. Rajbagh beach is very clean, unexplored and golf carts are available to ferry you from the hotel to the beach and back.

Nice and rustic property on golden coast of South Goa. Lovely staff and scenic beach views. Although, they couldn't handle weekend rush and breakfast was a bumpy affair. Variety of food for buffet breakfast could have been better. Cozy rooms and huge beds were a plus. Keep looking out for a deal on this hotel. Worth staying.

Too good service n awesome food with a great ambience

It's goa's largest resort, and probably one of the best. Stay is fabulous, food is good, staff is good. They have there own private beach with water sports activities like jet ski, banana boat, and more. Huge internal garden and all 18 holes golf course. It's opulent and big property.

Most 3rd class goa resort i never recomend to any one..

The lobby was very beautiful. Restraunt food was very good. The front desk staff was very nice check in was very comfortable. Welcoming was very nicely done .

What do you need to tell about this property..serene, huge, vast, peaceful sea view, private beach, delicious shack food, mandatory you should try the Xucati from their shack, and also the Cashew Fenni, spend one day just exploring the property.

Great place for family and friends . Serene beauty and extra curricular activities available inside the resort really helps one to relax and unwind from the stressful life of the city . Really appreciated the good service and surely recommended for someone looking to spend their holidays.

Lovely clean beach maintained by the Hotel. A beach shack. Local massagers and fruit juice stalls on the beach if you do not wish to spend a hefty price in the Hotel.

Great service and beautiful place to spend time.. It has good ambience and also would mention thanks to the staff members Ms. Pooja and Deeksha. Good food as well and thank you for being providing all facilities. I am glad to spend some time over this place and no doubt would once again plan vacation surely and stay here again..

I m very happy to take training in the hotel.. And superb working in the kitchen department and also all departments are nicely working....

It a seven star property... having all facilities required for a family holidays

Good resort away from city... south Goa... clean, frndly staff... the rooms are big & airy... however the bathroom needs redoing for the wood was soaked wet around the bathtub area... they use treated water which smells alot & it tasted a bit weird when i used the water for brushing my teeth..

Really beautiful property but really bad service, non friendly staff and very average food.
