Hi have been to this place for one day in Goa. I am giving two stars because of beautiful location and good beach. Rest all is far from a 5 star hotel. So casual attitude which you would not find in a 3 star hotel also nowadays. The list of goof ups is so long that I can't write here and not work the time and effort it will take. Anyways how it will change for good. Best of luck to you if you are planning to visit this place. You may be treated at whims and fencies is the staff over there. Regards
