I had great service here from Dalton Ghent. He was really easy to make appointments with and responded to my emails very quickly. He was really patient while I agonized over the decision of which vehicle to choose and was happy to give me various quotes on anything I asked for. I never felt pressured in any way and after when I decided to not buy at Toyota he was still really friendly! Hands down I would see Dalton again for my next vehicle
About 3 weeks ago, my wife and I bought a new vehicle at Laking Toyota where we had nothing short of an amazing experience. Very bad attitude received from pre -owned section manager. I visited there for trade my car and they insulted me. They are thinking they want to sell their cars and want to purchase our car as free of cost. They don t have the manners and they tried to sell a car with rust and they need more price for that. the manager want to degrade people. Please try to consider people and try to give what they deserves. Please try to give the value for the business too.
Brought in my car to get a rear brake service and replace the front pad rotors and shims. I was told that my brakes were metal on metal. I asked to speak to the mechanic and he indicated to me that he did not feel that it was safe me to drive to Toronto get it serviced there, since he couldn't be 100% sure that there was enough brake pad left.
I went ahead with the service, despite feeling u easy about it. I did not hear metal and metal when driving the vehicle. I asked the service advisor to make a note on my account to keep the parts since I wanted to look at them myself.
Looking back, it was a total scam. There was plenty of brake pad left. I could have driven many trips to Toronto before needing to replace my brakes.
I do not trust the Laking Toyota service department.
Service was excellent. Made a last min. Appointment and made my wife very happy. Broken wheel stud on the front driver side. Safe to go back home 4.5 hrs.

Will never buy a truck here again spent $67000 on a tundra and bought it in for a route service and the Mechanic left all my front end loose my employee then left the dealership with the truck in this states cause him to almost crash after a tire almost fell off. Toyota did nothing but charge me more money and never replaced any of the parts they broke I now have a $67,000 lawn ornament stay far away from this dealership nothing but scams......
