I am a technician and I have been using Edilclima for over 7 years, and I want to point out the absolute unfairness of the company towards me. Given that in the last week I purchased 3 additional EC700 modules at list price for edilclima users, needing to purchase an additional module costing 270 excluding VAT, I called the commercial assistance asking if there was a discount ongoing relationships that have existed for years, a discount that was immediately approved to me by over 10%, at this point I asked for information on why this discount had not been applied to my purchases made the day before, and in an almost disparaging way was replied "should have called first".
I am sorry but I consider this total lack of professionalism and this offensive attitude towards a customer who has been using your products for years absolutely intolerable and unacceptable, and above all an absolutely incorrect means of preventing the customer from accessing a type of discounts foreclosed just the fact of not expressly requesting a decrease in the purchase price of your product every time.
I hope that this policy of absolute non-transparency and unfairness may one day change by avoiding recognizing different treatments based on the type of professional you are dealing with.
