I came to Lakewoods after a family member told me his story. I started and not long my chronic shoulder pain diminished and disappeared entirely. Dr.Gerard and his team are great and can't thank them enough.

My family and I have been a part of the lakewoods community for several years now, Dr. Gerard and his team are truly motivated to improve the over all health and wellness of any individual who walks through their door.

Fantastic staff, very thorough care, and awesome results. My whole family receives care at Lakewoods Chiropractic and we highly recommend them to everyone, regardless of age.

My husband and I just started at Lakewoods Chiropractic. We definitely feel a lot better than we did two weeks ago. Right after our first adjustment, my husband was sleeping better already (he even woke up pleasant from a nap). Lol. My experience at Lakewoods chiropractic has been fantastic. I came into the clinic with constant neck and shoulder pain. After receiving chiropractic adjustments I am now pain-free! Also, the staff greets me very warmly every time I come in. All the doctors at the clinic are professional, helpful, and kind.

They give great care! ... Until you want to terminate care, due to both medical reasons and their utter lack of Covid social distancing compliance (tiny waiting room, lots of people, no masks, and signs with propaganda about how Chiro care is all you need to prevent disease ). Once you terminate care, they become extremely pushy and try to throw fake bills at you (which, after many phone calls and having to prove the bills were fake, they finally gave up on). I should have listened to the *many* employees who quit while I was receiving care there, as many had tried avidly to warn me about Lakewood's lack of ethics that hides behind their Christian front. I will give them this though: Their adjustments genuinely are high quality, and they did help my back heal significantly. But I can receive high quality adjustments at many other clinics without having to compromise on ethics and safety.

TLDR: Go elsewhere.

So I ll start by saying I m 3 back surgeries deep. Bad work accident in my early 20s. Didn t walk for almost a year. Now, 20+ years later after 20 years of pain, headaches, sciatica, etc. I was a complete mess. No BS, I was a mess. I started doing Yoga to help with the pain, lose weight and be more active. So I went and seen a neurosurgeon again for relief. Then I seen a Facebook coupon for Lakewood s chiropractic. $30 for consult, adjustment & xrays. What the hell, why not. I went in completely skeptical. Got my xrays done & adjustment went home and sat down. Wife got home and asked how do you feel? Amazingly I thought about it, and said.... Loose! Best I felt in a long time. Went in that Saturday for the consult with the wife and signed up for a year program 3 times a week. And I was right, I was a big mess of a person. They employ a thing called MYOVISION that mapped my back and proved I was a complete mess. Thankfully, there was a HUGE discount for paying in advance & I had the money in my HSA. I haven t had a single headache in the 6 weeks I ve been going. It s great. All the doctors and staff are great, they re nice and know your name. I wish I would ve found Dr. Jason years ago. I guess it s better late than never. Hats off to these folks. Completely amazing

This place is great! Staff is very friendly, professional, and efficient. I am early in my treatment program, but starting to feel some improvement. I like that there was a plan of care established with a timeline. Also, the equipment and exercises that were provided for me to do at home is something that I've never had with chiropractic care before.

Would never go back or recommend them to anyone! Do your homework before you commit to their "wellness plan." Don't be afraid to check out other Chiropractors to find the best fit for you.

Within a month the burning in my neck and sore back got better it's not just the type of chiropractor that adjusts you and sends you on your way there is a treatment plan for you also they offer diet advice free and have amazing products to get healthy I am a lifer now also very affordable and payment plans for more serious cases just go once and you will see

100% recommend to everyone. My back pain was such a hindrance on my work and day to day activities. If it wasn't for their program I'd still be in pain. Very in depth and they treat everyone different, not the same program for every patient. The treatment is specific to each patient depending on their needs! Straightforward, honest, friendly and affordable!

My son talked me into seeing a chiropractor. Every once and a while I'd get a little pain in my hip and between my shoulders. I figured it was part of getting older. I haven't had these paIns since I've started coming in and a bonus of getting rid of heartburn I'd get once in a while also.

I always thought that chiropractic care was for post injury. So unfortunately it took an incident at the gym to make my initial consultation. They were able to fit me in right away and as expected, my alarming consultation led them to do X-Rays. Those discovered my issues. All of my inflamed areas of my spine all coordinated with the issues I had been experiencing since my weight loss. I would suffer from headaches almost daily, my fingertips and toes would go numb, I would get dizzy and lose balance, lower back pain, and I am sure the list could go on and on. What I never really noticed was how bad I actually slept before seeing Dr. Gerard (even-though my Fitbit told me how bad on a daily basis).
I was in the worst pain of my life when I walked into that office and oddly enough after my very first adjustment I had the greatest night s sleep. After my second adjustment it got even better. I instantly started having more energy, feeling better, no longer hitting snooze 3-4 times before actually getting out of bed. I actually have the motivation to go for walks again and I didn t realize that my spine health could have been the root of my issues. I am grateful for the opportunity to be treated by Dr. Gerard and the supportive team he has in the office. I am stoked to see how the continued treatment progresses and how much better I can feel. I can t image life without these guys! ;)

They got rid of my migraines without drugs or surgeries. If you have a problem doctors can only mask with pain meds try this place. I have saved so much money, and I'm not in pain

This place is amazing!! the staff is super friendly they know you by name when you walk in. And I've had almost zero pain any more after I started coming here! It's so worth coming here!! Wish I wouldn't have started coming to Dr. Jason along time ago!

I have been getting adjusted at Lakewoods for about a month and I have already noticed huge changes mentally and physically. Prior to going to Lakewoods I had been seeing another chiropractor for regular adjustments for a little over two years without experiencing any changes or improvements. Since seeing Dr. Gerard and the team at Lakewoods my mental clarity, mood, and energy have all improved. When I initially started the pain in my neck and back was a daily occurrence and a 7/10 on the pain scale. Now the pain is much less frequent and intense, the worst it ever gets is a 3/10. Stomach pain was a huge issue for me as well, I had originally seen several doctors with no explanation or improvement for the pain. I am already noticing that my stomach pain has been subsiding and becoming less intense each week that I go. I have also noticed when it comes to my time of the month I no longer experience painful cramps and lower back pain. One thing I never expected was to have my skin clear up after being adjusted. I can't believe that I've only been going a few weeks and Dr. Gerard and his team have already made such a huge difference in my life. Not only are Dr. Gerard, Dr. Bria, and Dr. Safina the best I've ever experienced, but so is the staff. I have never met a friendlier more outgoing and knowledgeable staff than at Lakewoods. Everyone there makes you feel comfortorable and at home. I wish I would have gone sooner.

I have been going to Lakewoods for over 3 years. I have seen results that affect all parts of my life. The condition of my neck had been limiting my potential. My thinking and alertness have inproved noticibly. I no longer struggle with depression. I used to battle with my a physical performance "wall" that I didn't understand. There are a lot of chiropractors, but Dr. Jason Gerard has helped me so much!! I wore a tens unit for 10 years, ot was only off at night time. I started seeing Dr. Gerard in September, by December my tens unit was off!!! This was about 7 years ago. Chiropractors are not all the same. Go see Jason at Lakewoods Chiropractic. You'll see!

Dr. Gerard truly cares about his patients! Before going to Lakewoods Chiropractic, I had severe headaches and dizziness. I had many appointments and various tests with medical doctors, only to be advised to increase dosage of over-the-counter pain relievers and prescribed a muscle relaxer. I have been to many different chiropractors in my lifetime and insurance coverage runs out to soon. Lakewoods will work with you on payments. This way has just works for us. Give it a chance! Also, I don't have to visit the doctor's office as much. There's just to many stories I could post here of the good things that happen when going to Lakewoods Chiropractors!

I started coming here in October of last year (2013). Didn't think I needed a chiropractor because I really didn't understand what chiropractic care meant. After seeing the scans and how messed up my spine was, I agreed to start getting adjustments. It's the best thing I've ever done. From my very first adjustment, my headaches went away. I don't get backaches anymore and after spending all day at my desk on the computer, my neck no longer stings like it used to. I feel great and I look forward to my weekly adjustments. Also would like to mention I can count on one hand how many Advil I have had to take over the past 6-7 months. I literally don't need them anymore.

Lakewoods Helped us FINALLY Conceive our first child!! I had been going to infertility specialist for a yr and nothing was working, I went into lakewoods for Headaches and came to find out they could help my "infertility" problem! My nerves were pinched for that area and after just two weeks I had my first NORMAL Ultrasound and we conceived that month!! After over a Yr of trying!! Dr. Gerard AMAZING work there, are awesome to work with and know everyone by Name when you go in!! Strongly Recommend lakewoods, I was VERY skeptical of Chiropractors before this, But I'm a very strong believer in the help Good Chiropractic work can do now!! I've been visiting Dr. Gerard weekly for several months and have experienced great relief with sciatic and lower back pain. I ll be honest, I was extremely skeptical to try the chiropractor again as I had gone years ago and always left with a migraine. I have had 5 or so adjustments at Lakewood Chiropractic and have left migraine free every time!! I am optimistic that my experience at Lakewood will continue to be good!

Absolutely love this place. I've been going to Dr. Gerard for years. Since I was 17. I joined the Army and had to move away for awhile and just got back in town about 7 years later. During my time being away from home I went to many Chiropractors and didn't have any real results. I'm following Dr Gerards plan to fix my lower back where I have a small fracture from an old injury and really have been feeling better than ever. Dr. Gerard seriously cares very much for his patients. Me and my family have been friends with him for years, he's great, and one of the only Chiropractors I actually trust to help me HEAL.

When I first went to Lakewoods I was in so much pain I could not walk, thanks to the outstanding work of Dr Gerard and staff I can walk again and my back is feeling better than it has in a long time, I have hope again!!

My favorite part of this place is that the appointments are so quick, just in and out and back on with my life. Other then the kindness and caring of the entire staff.

Started going the beginning of May and have virtually had no pain since starting treatment!

I have been a satisfied client for over 14 years and WOULD NEVER consider anyone but Dr.Gerard for my chiropractic needs.... I started going in with back problem sustained while playing hockey and snowboarding. Had trouble sleeping, working out at a high level, but the worst was the migraines... not a month after my first consultation I was starting to feel more energetic getting better sleep and best of all NO MORE HEADACHES! Dr. Gerard is a lifesaver!

This office is a joke... I went to get adjustments and wish I would've realized the red flags.... 1st red flag THEY DONT TAKE INSURANCE or at least they didn't used too. 2nd red flag they made my husband come in for my results.... only to offer him free stays and try to get more money. I work crazy hours and not locally but instead of having sessions I was charged monthly. Guess who came out ahead on that deal? Glad I could help pay for the dinner he offers his new patients. Ontop of all this I know two other ladies this has happened too. Even went as far as mom shaming for not bringing in her children!!!! This office gives other chiro's a bad rap! Glad I found a new office that does accept my insurance and works around my schedule.

Lakewoods Chiropractic offered a comprehensive plan for my back issue. Treatment team is friendly and personable. The clinic is clean. Before started the treatment I was taking over-the-counter pain medication on a daily basis, and it has been 7 weeks, and I barely take pain medications.
