I have been going to Lakewoods for over 3 years. I have seen results that affect all parts of my life. The condition of my neck had been limiting my potential. My thinking and alertness have inproved noticibly. I no longer struggle with depression. I used to battle with my a physical performance "wall" that I didn't understand. Even as far back as when I was in the Marine Corps, I didn't understand why I couldn't improve my run times, or have that final "push" that I thought I should have. I don't face that today. I operate at a higher level than I ever have at 45 years old! I have learned a lot at the classes they offer. I have learned how to live a healthier and happier life with their help!
