The doctor who performed my root canal treatment, Dr. Tavares, was very thorough and very professional. Almost painless. I will definitely go to this clinic again if I need to.

My son had his wisdom teeth removed and they overcharged!! I had to pay 2,552 out of pocket even though my insurance covers 90%!!! He had his appointment on 12/29/20, went back in for a cleaning 3/22/21 and they said I had a 1500 credit but couldn't refund me. They sent me to Abby to initiate the refund and she said it had nothing to do with her and her office that I needed to contact Lakeview Dental. Called my insurance and they said they didn't receive the claim until 3/18/21 and the claim hasn't been paid yet, then where is my 2552 that I paid? Called again and now they say that I need to speak to Randy because they didn't have anything to do with billing it. Called Randy and he says he doesn't understand that the people at Lakeview Dental messed up. So now I have no answers, no credit, claim not paid, and NO ONE knows what they are talking about. Why does it take 3 months to send in a claim? STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU LIKE TO THROW MONEY AWAY TO INCOMPETENT PEOPLE.

The person at the front desk is very nice. Once we got into the appointment the dentist was rude and condescending. The lady who takes care of insurance is also very rude. When I asked to have my Xrays sent to another dental office they tried to charge me $150. The other dentist I went to did not agree with most of the diagnoses and services they were trying to charge me. Basically they were trying to upcharge me.

Prior to appointment, called and made sure procedure was covered by my insurance. Gave them my insurance info so they could call and verify what services were covered. Can someone explain to me why an xray and a panoramic x-ray be done at one visit. The lady who took the xray mentioned something about writing off one of them if it was not covered by my insurance because i made it known that i was not ready to pay a dime out of pocket. Come June 1 get a bill for almost $200 for xrays only....No other service was provided because i did not want to proceed with them after realizing that they wanted to add on every service that insurance could cover. Spoke with my insurance company and was informed that regular x-rays and panoramic x rays are not usually done together. it is usually one or the other. At the visit, i realized they were doing their best to charge me for services i did not need so i DECLINED their services and went next door and received outstanding treatment. Dentists like these are the ones that give a bad vibe to the entire profession. And the receptionist-----so rude. Usually don"t write reviews but i wouldn't waste any time going to this place. There are better dentists in the area that wouldn't rob their patients and/or insurance companies with excellent customer service!
I have been going to Lakeview Dental Care for more than six years now. The customer care and professionalism of the staff members is outstanding. I stay in Hurst but don't mind driving all the way to Lakeview Dental Care center for my appointments. Now you need to check it out to see for yourself
Awesome I'm so impressed with the staff and my treatment especially the Endodontist who performed my root canal. No pain on day 2 and my bridge does not look like it's been altered for her work on the tooth. She had incredible skills. Wonderful experience, glad I found my new dentist office!
