It has been a continuing problem when they would pay us out I've been waiting since Monday for my pay now they said wendsday but thats always happening with LOD they used to be good now its just a problem im close to calling the corporate office
I really enjoy working for LOD. I've been doing work for them at FFT for about 5 months now. I have never had problems with them. Pay isn't always on time BUT I still get paid. No matter what I still get paid. I love my job and Maria, Kim, Hilary & Daniel are amazing & very understanding people. Whenever I've been sick or have had a family emergency they let me go. This place does not criticize. They hire everyone. Keep up the good work LOD & Thank you for allowing me to be a part of your team.

This is a good place to work if you need to start your life all over again or need a little extra cash to help you out and dont mind hard work. I give it 4 stars because Labor On Demand is mostly really TOUGH labor and manual work. LOD was one the FIRST temp agencies that gave me work after getting out (from you no where) and after 4 months of job rejections, I drove past LOD office on my way to interviews and I decided to stop and check it out and they gave me work. Pay is low and work is tough but daily pay was perfect for me since I had no cash, no life and a sorry looking work history. The people I worked with at LOD were decent, polite and hard-workers that were grateful for the chance to make money as I was. After 1 year with LOD and other temp agencies I was offered a fulltime job with a little more pay but from time to time went back to LOD for a little extra cash for about 3 years. I always recommend LOD to anyone who needs extra cash no matter their situation in life. TIP: I always called office next day after a shift to make sure my hours were correct and ONLY USE their payroll card because you get paid daily your own bank will be 3-5 days, I only had 1 time payroll issue and never again after that.
People are very nice but on the other hand me and others have not been paid for working. Our payments Where never deposited. We seriously worked for free. When calling about this issue they will not help you and hang up. Very unprofessional place I recommend going somewhere else for work.
Completely unprofessional. Told to report to a work assignment. No point of contact info given or where to check in. When I did check in with someone there that wasn't LOD. I immediately began calling the Culebra Office that sent me to this location. No answer!!!!!!! I called ALL MORNING!!!!! AND HAVE THE PHONE RECORDS TO PROVE IT!!!!!! No answer phone rang until sent to a voicemail box that was completely FULL!!!! Stay at the site and assisted sorting and passing out food for the food bank. Stayed till 5pm as that was my scheduled stop time. Tried calling CULEBRA office then no answer. Sent an email to the CULEBRA office and have still yet to get a response. Spoke to someone today. Saying I can't get paid for my work at the assignment. Said I should ask questions when going to an assignment. When told I called that morning ALL morning to find out who or where exactly I should report to. Wouldn't answer question as to why the phone was never answered. Completely unprofessional staff and Manager Christina Osbourne.
All I can say I have always been payed sometimes a mix up in paper work but been payed everytime this place gives u freedom to work when u can or want just call to bad I didn't find them sooner..37
What's the whole point of signing up for a job .unprofessional they send you to jobs. But no guaranteed your gonna work. Pathetic company embarrassing to work here.I guess the reviews of not getting paid are very much true 3 Rd time lod has not paid me next day .. they always have some lame excuse. No offense to The owner but plz don't respond you apologies mean nothing if this has happened to me 3 times you are not doing your job. Nor your staff. Been waiting for 4 days for my check.
I'm giving it 3 stars for the reason that ever since they recently gave my son a pay card because they told him they are going to stop giving paper checks he has been having a whole lot a problems activating the card we have made so many phone calls back and forth the labor on demand tells him to call the pay card company but then they tell him to call the labor and demand then he is told the problem has been fixed but when he checks the account to see if he can take out his money the pay card is still not active. Now his pay from the beginning of the week was not put on the card. We have been at this problem since Nov.13. We are still trying to get this matter fixed. He is waiting for a phone call once again to see how they are going to fix the issue. The good things that the Labor and Demand do is find you a job fast they do answer the phones quickly they do get back to you. And do explain what you need for the job your going to be sent to. But the pay card issue is a very big hassle for him. So many calls back and forth.
I didn t get paid for Mondays work . They lied when I called and said for sure today it s already Thursday and still nothing . I do not recommend this agency to nobody no more it s poorly staffed . Been getting the run around
