After pulling a home off of the market for the weekend with no explanation, my realtor reached out to the seller's realtor at Sotheby's and received no response. It took three calls to get one returned response--a text. After seeing the house I was considering an offer but had a few additional questions. My realtor again left a message and go no response. The next day the realtor sent a blast communication stating they had accepted an offer. If the sellers only knew they may have received a higher offer had their realtor responded I'm sure they wouldn't be too happy.

I don't know if it's this one that he works at, but Geoffrey has made this whole experience an incredibly bad one. Calling me multiple times in a row after I made it clear that he was not to do so, always very cryptic and refusing to make things clear, taking paragraphs to "answer" my questions when his response didn't answer a damn thing, and much more. I sincerely hope I don't have to deal with him for much longer.

Leah Drury: To everyone looking for a MN Realtor. I highly recommend NOT using Leah Drury. She has questionable moral and business ethics. She lead to unneeded stress for both my wife and I, and tenant and his family. I've sent my first official letter of complaint to the Minnesota Department of Commerce.

The Sotheby team was outstanding in every aspect in the real estate business. Starting from the owner of the company coming out directly to the property & thoroughly explaining every detail on just exactly what we needed to do to get the property sold.
The whole team was extremely follow- through on emails, details & getting the job done. This house was literally on the market for less than 1 week & we had an offer! The experience was unbelievable!!!
