I don't know if it's this one that he works at, but Geoffrey has made this whole experience an incredibly bad one. Calling me multiple times in a row after I made it clear that he was not to do so, always very cryptic and refusing to make things clear, taking paragraphs to "answer" my questions when his response didn't answer a damn thing, and much more. I sincerely hope I don't have to deal with him for much longer.
