I lost my FOB and I am about 8 hours from home. As you can imagine this was quite an intensely stressful situation. I have an after market extended warranty/insurance policy that I was told would cover the replacement of my FOB but was having a great deal of difficulty getting the warranty company to understand exactly what I needed and get them to honor the clause in the contract that covers the replacement FOB. I was also going to need to have my car towed to the dealership in order to have this done.

Then Melissa Jolley, a service advisor, at Lakeland Chrysler Dodge Jeep saved the day. In my opinion she went beyond the call of duty, making several phone calls to my warranty company, conveying accurately my needs and what was in my contract and didn't give up until she was able to get my FOB replaced. She made so many calls and was genuinely in her concern and desire to help me that at one point when I thought it was hopeless, I had already decided she deserved a 5 star review even if she wasn't successful in getting my FOB replaced under the extended warranty I had bought. She deserved it because she cared enough to do her best to help me in a very stressful situation and not give up after the first no. In the end, not only was she successful in getting the extended warranty company to honor the contract and replace my FOB but the company also said that they'd help cover the cost of the tow, which I was unaware was also part of my contract in addition to taking care of a recall on my car's software of which I was completely unaware. I couldn't tell you the last time I received such amazing caring service. While I waited at Lakeland Chrysler's waiting room, which was very comfortable, Melissa, even came to give me periodic updates letting me know when they started the work on my car and again when it was almost ready etc. I honestly couldn't give her enough praise or thank her enough. I will return to Lakeland Chrysler if ever I am in the area and need service again and highly recommend their service department. Ask for Melissa. She gets the job done as painlessly as possible!
