My son broke his wrist. The care was fine. Their billing department was absolutely a mess. This applies to both the orthopedic department and the radiology department as well. My son had to see both departments twice. Both times I paid in full on the day he was seen. The first time I received bills in the mail several weeks later claiming I still owed them money. Called, got it cancelled. The second time I paid in full and asked twice if this was everything and was told yes. Received several new bills in the mail a few weeks later. Of course now I am not able to get a hold of anyone that can address the issue.
Edit: To be clear, I paid in full upon the close of my visit and did not use insurance, so in no way were they a contributor to the fact that I never leave your office clear on whether I have paid my bill.
