Beautiful pool and nice clean hotel, location is excellent

From the outside, this looks like a fun place - the pirate ship at the pool is a huge attraction for kids. From the onset, our room on the 3rd floor seemed fine, then we realized we were right next to the garbage dump. We had to hold our breath from our room way down the hall to the elevator. We called several times about the filthy dump and gagging odors. By our last day, they cleaned up the food thrown on the floor, but it wasn't enough to stop the smells. We just couldn't understand why they would have a guest room by the dump.The coffee pot in our room had mold, we had to use the plunger every time for the toilet in the master suite. Water pressure was poor for the toilet and the shower. The master suite was all open, with glass on the shower, so there was no privacy. The toilet area was a little cubical with a sliding glass door. It was just a weird design. To shower in the morning when my husband was still sleeping, the light, fan, and shower had to be turned on. You can't sleep with that noise. .The bedrooms & 2nd bathroom for the rest of the family were typical designs and seemed to function just fine. Because the filthy garbage room was so close, dirty carpets, moldy coffee maker, and toilet that didn't function properly, we just didn't feel the place was very sanitary. We were also concerned about how sanitary the pool was. We would not stay in this place again, nor would we recommend it.

Good place. The apartment was clean eventhough thebuilding is quiet old. and clean.The location is very good. Pool was nice but it is not as good as it shows in the pictures. The rate was fair. Overall, it is good place with fair rate.

Place is gorgeous and rooms are spacious. Very nice stay at competitive pricing. The amenities are nice and there are plenty of options they provide.

Nice place the food however down at the bar was so disgusting not worth the money but enjoyed the drinks had bout 6 of them. Really nice place inside of the rooms nice beds comfortable.

Great place for our visit to the parks. Kids love the pool. Had an issue with the fridge/freezer breaking while we were gone during the day, but the staff came and fixed it AND helped replace the food that spoiled

Rooms are great and the kids love the pirate ship pool area. The full kitchen is awesome too

I stayed there for about a week or so...
It was amazing, NO COMPLAINTS.
The rooms were clean and the kitchen has silverware and pots, etc. In case you stay there for a while, and decide to cook.
It was just amazing.

We really enjoyed our stay. We got a 3 bedroom suite with a fireworks view, but never got the opportunity to watch because we were at one of the parks or at Disney Springs. Either way we had a nice view.

Normally it would be a 5, my family and I always stay here. This time they got my room wrong. I paid for a 4 bedroom and got a 3 bedroom. They did not return the price difference and only gave me a free night for a future stay. Very disappointed. Also called front desk numerous times because of roaches and instead of changing our room they just sent someone with bug spray. Just disgusted.

Why you delete my review?<br/>I stayed this place because the reviews, but was the worst vacation for my kids and family. First of all, when i came out the elevator the hallway has a dust smell, when open the room there was a mold smell in the living room, i was mad when i move the kids bed, there was food under the bed, old crackers, then open the sofa bed, there was pop corn over the place. i think i take the wrong place for my family, then there was pubic hair in the bathroom under the sink, the shower head was with mold. my wife next day get sick because the smell everything smell as dust, the carpet is very dirty. The manager wasn't at the moment. Next day the give us a complementary room service (you have to pay extra if want room service - housekeeping) we just stay for 2 days and at the moment we don't have any other option to change. Check out ask for manager wasn't at the moment. I don't recommend this place to stay with family and kids. This place will not a option next time, out from our list.

The car is big bastard. More than what we expected comparator with The other "spas and suites". We are very satisfied

Stayed in a penthouse condo that was very nice. It had access to many of the resort amenities and was a nice place right down the road from Disney.

We needed a hotel for our family vacation, and we were lucky enough to find this one, and the price wasn't half bad either. The room we rented was the size of a small apartment, but it was the biggest hotel we have ever stayed in. It was really convenient to be able to have breakfast in the kitchen, and to have two bathrooms, as there were 6 of us. We will consider coming back here.

I stayed at this hotel this year in may and it was amazing great service staff were very friendly only down side was that the staff couldnt really understand me because im from scotland apart from that its a great hotel I recommend it

We got the upgraded suite which was actually phenomenal. The pool area is amazing for the kids and adults alike and has a shopping outlet right next to it. The only downside is the food options at the resort itself but there is plenty around the area

Very good structure and 2 bedroom apartments very comfortable. The pool is a hit for the kids. The Frankie Farrell restaurant serves good food at reasonable price and good quality. The outlet is bacaninha for simpler purchases. There's a grocery store with a Pizza Hut in the complex. All this is worth the lodging.

The Hotel staff deep clean and sanitized the rooms, social distance was maintained in the pool area. Excellent place to bring your family, I will be coming back again!!!!

Dryer didn't work well, took hours to dry a load. Pool was cold.. Room was great and bed was comfy! Would stay again and definitely recommend it!

Well-equipped, large room. Comfortable beds. Friendly and helpful staff - and the free shuttle service to the parks is great. Decent pool.

Very good hotel I recommend it if you want to be with your family

Lovely big apartment (we had 3 bedrooms). Quite dated but comfortable. Good washer/dryer. Cleaners came in most days and kept things clean and tidy for us (we perhaps had this service in our package, you might not get this on cheaper stay). Friendly staff. Easy shuttle bus to resorts, though having a hire car gave us more freedom to go when we wanted to. Plenty of outlet shops and a large Walmart within walking distance.

This place was nice. Great to be able to get a place with two bathrooms for larger families. But toaster was broken and the pull out couch didnt work. It was only an 11 dollar uber to epcot which is cheaper then going there to park. Easy parking and right off the interstate. I would recommend staying here.

Not bad for a short stay with a big family. Furniture and rooms need major update. Had plumbing and AC issues past couple stays. Great pool area for kids with pirate ship slide, though looks to be in need of maintenance.

We loved this resort! Tons of room FREE shuttle just tip the driver well because that traffic UGH! Thank you for wonderful stay our now 5 year loved having such a great time at your pool and celebrating his birthday !

Clean rooms at an afforable price. Very close to the park especially epcot.

A very good place, close to most parks, spacious rooms. The best thing that it has is that it is attached to a shopping center with excellent stores and since it is a little-known shopping center there is a greater variety of products and sizes than in malls. It also has a Walmart in front, you can go walking too

Very nice hotel, very helpful staff. I've have been in bed ill so have not visited all of the sites shops etc. My illness is nothing to do with the site, I have had them for many years

Stayed November 2017. Friendly atmosphere and lovely clean rooms.

Everything seemed clean its just all very old. Service is good. Bar and pool hours are limited. Not far from the theme parks, food, walmart, etc. Can't really go wrong staying here but you could definitely find better or more modern/updated

Worst place I ever stayed. From their service to transportation. I would never stay here again or recommend this resort to anyone. My family and I were left at Disney, I found a man sleeping in our linen closet next to our room, hotel staff screaming at my daughter refusing to let them in our room or even trying to contact me about the situation, called the second night their for toilet paper and towels never received them our entire stay, no phone service our entire stay. This is just a few things. For the money you spend for a weeks stay this is completely unacceptable.

My husband and I and our 2 daughters stayed here for 3 nights. It was ok but definitely not worth $300 a night! No house keeping, they ask that you reuse or wash your own towels. There were no pamphlets left in our room for places to order food. We had to call the front desk before check out to get instructions on whether we were supposed to strip beds, etc. They don't have enough parking so when we got back to the hotel we circled the area for 40 minutes waiting for a spot to open up. People were parking in the street and down the road. Definitely not worth the money!

The place was nice and the rooms felt like apartment homes vs a hotel. Perfect for a getaway with all the perks.

The value for money is unbeatable. The apartments are well designed, two real rooms with great beds. By cons it takes a car to go to the parks freely.

Customer service was lacking. No maid service unless you want to pay $5 a day more. Shuttle to Disney World was a complete joke. We were left by 2 buses even though we made reservations and were there 10 minutes early. Rooms are big but could be cleaned, especially patio chairs. No breakfast as advertised on web site.

We arrived on a friday around 9:30pm and the check in was very quick and everyone was great. Parking was a nightmare not a lot of parking near the rooms entrance other than that we had the Cable go out for the whole afternoon they had issues with their provider . The pool area was very nice everything was nice and clean and the bar area had good food and drinks. overall i would come back

Clean, neat, but the pool did not live up to the amazing pictures on the site... nothing wrong with this place, but not quite a home run either.

Housekeeper literally sat by our room from 10:00 until checkout at 11. Repeatedly asked if we were leaving. I would have been able to check out faster but finding a luggage cart is like finding a needle in a haystack in this place

Dishes in 3 bedroom unit were dirty and pool towels are hard to come by. The pool bar staff is not personable unless you get Kyle. He's awesome and actually has a personality.

Everything was great , though the floor i stayed in , some of the beds had bedbugs

Nice hotel in close proximity to all Orlando theme parks and a 45 minute drive to Busch Gardens. Many shops and restaurants close in walking and driving distance.

It's got all you need really, would recommend to anybody, 4 stars only because it's a bit price and don't seem like the best bang for your buck. IMHO.
