Lake Buena Vista Resort Village and Spa Review

This is not a bad hotel at all. It has all the facilities you could need despite them being a little dated and needing a bit of TLC. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and check in/out was very easy. The rooms are spacious and the added luxury of a jacuzzi bath is great. The pool is nice and great fun for the kids. However, the room we stayed in had bed bugs, we did not say anything at first because we had not found proof despite 3 of 5 people in the party being covered in bites. However, we found some bugs on our last night and informed the staff at the desk. They responded with ok thanks . After leaving, we were contacted by the customer service manager who was very polite and apologetic. This is not a bad hotel, we have just had an unfortunate experience.

This is a great place to stay and it have a shopping center within walking distance

Great place to stay while in Orlando, big rooms for the family and nice pool. Only downside if you don't hire a car is there is not much in the way of footpaths to walk into the busier areas.

This place is ok to me there was nothing outstanding about it and one thing I definitely disliked was 1-large deposit 2-high resort fee the rooms there are cheap but they make up for it with the resort fee so u might think u are saving money till u get there and find out per day resort fee.Resort is close to seaworld and premium outlets .the rooms are large and amd appliances are form early 2000.

Very nice rooms for the money. Beds are comfortable and everything was clean. Can't wait to come back...

We were so excited to be staying here.
But what a disappointment!
We paid extra for a club room as we thought we would treat ourselves.
To cut it short..dishwasher not working we even got accused of breaking it...microwave not working...we went to use the tumble dryer it had sheets in it and was absolutely filthy.
This we reported several times.
We were also supposed to have a light housekeeping but it was missed at least 4 times.
On a good note the pool was great and the kids loved it.

We loved it there and plan on going back next year. The rooms were very nice, the staff was friendly and caring.

Apartment with good structure (rooms, closed, bath, kitchen (well equipped), laundry (inside the closet), balcony, living room, dining room, safe, etc. Besides this structure, it has a good swimming pool gym, bar, convenience store, etc. Continuous to the hotel, there is the Lake Buena Vista Factory Stores shopping complex (for walking) .In addition to being close (1 km) to a Walmart. can be performed by the host or contracted party.

I love the space in our 2 bedroom resort. But the beds and pillows were uncomfortable and the toilet would flush every 30 seconds. The dresser drawers were very difficult to open and close. I enjoyed having the washer and dryer in our room. We never had a chance to visit the pools so I can't say how they were. I would possibly stay here again depending on price

We stayed with our family, young children and grandmothers. One of the worse hotels we stayed in, the room had stained, dirty furniture, the plumbing sounded like it was going to burst, there were no blackout for the windows to sleep better, the TV of the master bedroom was so small and it did not even worked, neither of the phones worked, I had to call front desk with my cell phone and when I asked for late check out at 8:00 am they said they were all booked even though I called asking about it the night before. Just an all around awful experience.

Hotel check in was very friendly, inviting, helpful as well as bilingual. Appeared to be a very nice property during my brief visit.

Great. Good price, very comfortable apartments, we stayed in one of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and kitchen. Very clean also. The pool with its water park and the pirate ship. Special for adults and children when returning from the parks. Strict measures for physical distancing mandatory masks and others .Guaranteed parking .I recommend it

The staff is very nice. But half the things in the room do not work. The jacuzzi motives weren't quite working. Half of the outlets didn't work. I had to run the dryer cycle twice so it would dry the clothes. Layout of the room is very weird. The pool is very small. The pool is freezing cold. You can do better, and somewhere else. Half of the machines in the fitness room didn't work neither did the AC in the fitness room.

Nice Resort great service great pool area kid friendly have a pub great food very close to outlet malls to do your shopping

The maids and resort itself is beautiful as well as the rooms but the FOH staff at the desk is awful the attitudes and the umwillingness to accomodate us really turned us from returning its called hospitality for a reason whoever was working the desk on Saturday July 20th really needs to figure out if they want to work in the hotel industry

Very nice place to stay, especially for larger families. Our room had two bedrooms & two bathrooms. Plus a full-size, functional kitchen. A nice bonus was the very large jet tub in the master bedroom. Our rooms were very clean & well-stocked with necessities. The only draw back for tech lovers would be the old, small, out-of-date tv's.

We decided to forfeit our $150 deposit rather than stay in the kid chaos we saw in the pool, hot tubs and lobby!

Great place to stay! I love the two separate bedrooms and two separate bathrooms with the jetted tub and separate shower. The pool was amazing and the amenities are fantastic. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

The pool bar is great! Make sure to see Kelsey! She was super nice to us and can't wait to visit again!

very poor. we arrived 1 am after a long day of driving from another state. a fire alarm was constantly chirping in the bedroom of the unit we checked into, rendering it impossible to sleep in. (probably faulty battery in the unit on the bedroom ceiling, too high to reach from a chair or furniture)
the night manager quite firmly informed us that she did not have the authority to send anyone to fix, nor to get us another room (in the complex with hundreds of rooms), and copped the attitude that we were making an outlandish and unreasonable demand. (imagine wanting to sleep in a hotel room!)
eventually a security guard felt sorry for us and unhooked the fire alarm from the ceiling so we could get some rest , though he was "not supposed to" A talk with the day manager the next morning was equally frustrating and did not result in a maintenance visit to replace the fire alarm, which was never in working condition during our stay.
other minor problems-- the main TV remote was missing, and we were short a set of sheets for fold-out bed

needs not to be so thirsty for money on every lil thing when they all ready charge 4 ice and are really pricey already

Great rooms.....excellent pool and waterslide....a touch pricey, but worth it
