Great stay. But The hit tub in the master suite could be cleaned better.

WE arrived early at 2am and needed to stay one night. Service was not very helpful and they wanted to charge 150$ for early check in

Nice 3 bedroom/2 bath condo for 2 weeks. Clean and comfortable maybe a bit worn and dated. Great pool as long as it's not closed for weather. AC works WONDERFULLY. Can't beat it for the price and offered amenities.

I loved this resort, it was all I could ask for, for a great family vacation.. It was uber clean, fresh towels, comfortable bedding, stocked kitchen.. I couldn't ask for more.. thank you

In the 10 yrs I've been coming here it seems like it went downhill quickly. Really bad customer service! We checked into 1 room but the other room wasn't ready. We went to check in later at night and were told someone had checked us in. After a back and forth for 10 mins They Finally were able to check us in.
We found our room to smell of pot.... every single room to include the bathroom. We checked the beds and they weren't cleaned or sheets changed. I found several hairs and pieces of food in the bed.
When I called to complain i was the one accused of smoking. I was interrogated with questions of who smoked, how long was the smell for, who else was with us. I was put on hold for 5 min. I was told they would switch my rooms but a manager needed to investigate. I was asked to go to the lobby to pick up a new key. So we packed up our stuff again and got ready to move when someone else called me and asked when we would pick up the keys... I said a few mins bc we were still packing up. Then as soon as I hung up I was called back to say someone was bringing the key to us. We waited 20 min and no one came with the keys to the new room. Again we called the front lobby and were asked why WE hadn't picked up the keys. i had enough at this point and walked to the lobby to speak to the shift manager about this mess with the dumb keys. When I got there i was told that someone brought me the keys, yet they could not explain why I was complaining 20 mins later with no keys. They had no idea what was going on.
Fast forward to check out..... They checked us out from the 2 original rooms we booked. The managers on site had no idea about any of our complaints and issues. No idea that we were booked in another room. How can a hotel not know what rooms are booked and who is in them? Talk about liability issues!!! I was then promised that the highest manager or personnel would contact me about everything. 3 days later I'm STILL waiting for that call.
I've refered about 11 guests a year (I can provide names) to this hotel. I think I will take my business elsewhere from Now on.... And the other guests too.

Beautiful setting, spacious and comfortable and quiet accommodations with full kitchens stocked with everything to make meals, awesome pool, walking distance to brand name outlet mall, on-site convenience store plus pizza hut and full restaurant, great for families or couples getaways!!

Horrible experience with pests live and dead, out dated electronics and dirty furniture how this place got a 4 star rating is beyond my comprehension. Will never recommend or stay here again.

Rooms very spacious good service .its great the way that you can do your own laundry . Feels like home . Great pool slide no downside brilliant area very polite staff. Poolside snack bar very good quality food . Room blocks situated a good short walking distance from pool . We have been looking for a hotel with two bedrooms for a while now and this is perfect . Overall great . We will be coming back later this year.

It's the second time we've stayed here, this time with friends in a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom suite in building 2. Location is great for the Disney parks, and is well situated for short drive times to them for the most part. There's also a free shuttle to/from the parks as well, should you not have your own transport. Buildings 1 and 2 back on to the outlet mall, so are a little quieter than the ones that face on to the pirate ship pool, but the facilities are still excellent. Should you need to contact guest services for any reason, if there are issues with the room for example, they're extremely helpful, and very quick to respond. There's ample parking of you're using your own vehicle too, although the car parking fills up near the entrance for each building, so you may have to walk for about a minute to your car (nothing really). We've not used the convenience store, or the Irish pub that's on site, but have had a quick look around and they seem to do a great job of servicing guests who aren't using their own transport. Overall, we'd definitely come back here, and can't recommend the place enough.

The hotel charges for everything and the service and communication are not good

A place to vacation close to everything. The shuttles are not as convenient as you might think as they only leave once a day and return the same way. Luckily our bus driver was hilarious and made it quite enjoyable.

Enjoyed our stay. The rooms are clean and spacious. The staff is courteous and helpful. The area seem safe and accessible. We will definitely be coming back sometime next year

Every member of staff were helpful, pools were great 2 minutes walk from the outlets (which now have new food outlets)

Check-in occurred 2+ hours late. Had to wait around the grounds even though we called ahead and requested an early check-in since we were traveling. Kept telling us, "They're working on your room now." 3x we were fed this lie, after waiting in line at the desk. Finally got checked in around 5:30pm after demanding to speak to a manager (who was too busy to come to the phone). We arrived around 1pm with assurances that they could get our room ready first when I called in the morning. Pool was overcrowded. It wasn't a pleasant stay at all.

Nice, clean hotel. Good amenities and nice pool area. Parking garages are really small and not enough surface area parking. Clean full kitchens and nice hot tub bath. TVs seem newer but really small. The beds were not overly comfortable, and seemed older. Ours had a very noticeable dip on one side. Great location with lots of shops, entertainment and restaurants nearby. Close to the parks.

The hotel is beautiful . Unfortunately my daughter got sick on our vacation with food poisoning . We needed a few more hours after checkout because our flight was in the evening . The manager Sean mazouz was extremely unhelpful and rude about the whole situation. I was told we had to leave the room by 11 am if not he was going to call security . I showed him all the paper work from the emergency room the night before and he told me I am a hotel manager, not a doctor there is nothing I can do . Refused to find me another room for a few hours even after I offered to pay for the complete night . He told me since we booked through Expedia I have to call Expedia because he dosent run a hotel by the hour . I was devistated my daughter was throwing up with a high fever . I believe if your going to be a manager of a hotel you should have to deal with many different situations . I travel all over the world and never have I came encounter with someone so cold, rude and unreliable . This encounter left a bad taste in my mouth to ever visit this property again , which is a shame because it is beautiful . I believe Mr Mazouz should be given classes on how to deal with difficult situations in the hotel .

I will it give 3 stars because it has good amenities, cheap price, and it's close to cool things. My room smelled many different foul odors, so that was disappointing. It also isn't very clean overall, the pool is small and crowded and it's just an okay place. Stayed here due to a promotion. Would never stay here on my own accord.

Very comfortable suites, the kids had a blast at the slide in the pool, 10 min. away from Disney and a great view to the city.

I was only meeting up with friends but it's a beautiful hotel.

Didn't have the best experience from the start. We arrived an hour AFTER check-in, and our room still wasn't ready. They simply said we had to wait and they would call us when it was ready. I had to ask for a manager in order to be offered a different room. Got to our room and the wifi wasn't working on one of our devices - they gave me a number for offsite tech support and left me to it. The ice maker didn't work and they don't have ice machines on site, only 2 out of the 4 kitchen hobs worked and only one hair dryer worked. You'd think they'd check the functionality of the whole room before allowing guests to stay in it. Safe to say I won't be staying here again. They get 2 stars instead of 1 as the room was quite spacious and then beds comfortable.

I loved every min of my stay. Staff was amazing, friendly and helpful.Room was clean and neat. Service was amazing. The pool with the ship was so much fun for my kids.

I was visiting a friend of mine who always chooses to stay here when she comes to town. The rooms are clean and nice.

Great location, but building one needs some updating. The furniture is ran down and appliances are in poor condition.

The nice pool is not worth it! I stayed for 4dsys n 3 nights in the 2 BD 2 BTH suite visiting from WI. This hotel needs a furniture update. On the foret night we noticed that the shades were broken in the 2nd room. Also the toilet would not flush! The same night 2 separate parties took place in the pool area well past 11pm. The next night my boyfriend and I tried to have dinner by the pool area but were denied access. When we asked to speak to a Manager they sent Melly and Megan about 15mins later. These two approached us in the most uninviting manner I have ever experienced! The guard told us we were lying and the manager barely spoke. Over all these two were unprofessional and need retraining in customer service. The last night a loud party on the balcony wake up my 5yr old daughter at 12:30am. We called down and they sent the same disrespectful guard to our room to tell us she didnt hear any noise. After opening my room door fully the noise spewed from the balcony and she then confirmed there was noise. 6 calls and 1 hour later the noise is finally taken care of around 1:25am. The last night in our room my daughter is brushing her teeth when a COCKROACH crawls across the wall! I have the video proof time stamped with the location. I will never stay at this hotel again!

Excellent Two Week holiday at Lake Buena Vista Resort and Spa

This was my first experience with a Disney good neighbor and it has been a very good experience. I personally still prefer staying on Disney property bit for a large group the good neighbors are a great option.

First room we got smelt really musty and unclean. Requested a change, and that was much better. Handy little apartment style hotel with a good location. Pub on site is also a good place to go.

The rooms are amazing! Definitely go with the fireworks view, it's an awesome added bonus being able to see fireworks every night of your stay.

Been there many times but this time was awful. The smell was unbearable we sprayed febreze and Lysol but it was still smelled really bad and it was infested with ants. The coffee machine was filthy and couch in living room is getting to the point you can feel the metal of the frame when you sit on it.

Outstanding accommodations, short walking distance to great outlet mall. Great place to stay with kids, plenty of room and rooms were clean beds comfy and staff was great, we rented a crib from a company and staff arranged the whole thing in the luggage room. Also rented pack and play, high chairs for the kids and staff brought everything to room when we arrived and took great care of guests. Clean buildings, and pool's are incredible. Book it now 5 mins from Disney.

It is a spectacular hotel for people who travel to Orlando with the purpose of shopping, since it has a mall next to the Hotel, it is not very big, but you can find the best known brands in clothes. It is also near the highway that goes to the different amusement parks.

We only stay here when we visit Orlando! It is our home away from home!
