Friendly staff. Great instruction. Would recommend!

Managed to fit us in for a private windsurf lesson for my 3 kids at very late notice, they totally loved it, very friendly instructor and safe environment. Shame we don't have time for wakeboarding tomorrow. Or SUP. Or Laser sailing...

My son joined for the half term water activity week and absolutely loved it despite the rain! Lots of fun had and lots of different experiences. Would highly recommend

This is a very popular water sports centre at Hove, especially in summer, a lot of people and families will spend a day there to enjoy it. You can take a good picture there no matter what time you go there. It is also a very good location for dog walk and therefore you can meet a lot of the lovely dogs there. Come and meet them when you are free !

I can t praise the staff and the way the centre is run enough, I frequently wakeboard at the facility and bring my family down, I was especially impressed with how the Center has dealt with dealing with the precautions with covid, hand sanitisers every where around the centre and on the docks before taking the handle to enter the water, there are restrictions in place if you choose to use the changing rooms to stop over crowding but there are outdoor showers available if you choose not to enter the building to rinse off after an activity, all in all if you like the look of any of the sports, give it a go and have a bit of fun what ever your age there is something for everyone!

Huge water park and picnic area, perfect for a hot day

I was lucky enough to have a taster session here yesterday. I have always wanted to try Standup paddle boarding, but am rather nervous on the water. I shouldn't have worried as the entire experience was perfect. The reception staff are friendly and welcoming and Robin, my instructor was very reassuring. I went from knees to feet on the board with ease, obviously with Robin alongside. And was manoeuvring the board confidently due to his calm manner. I can honestly say it was the best hour I have spent in a long time and will definitely be back for more. This venue is wonderful as there is a lagoon for initial instruction and practise but is beside the sea for the next stage. SUP is a watersport that is suited to all ages, and I would challenge anyone not to enjoy their time here. Also changing rooms, hot showers and cafe, what's not to like?

This place is what I have been looking for, for a long time. Somewhere that offers lot's of different activities that are all really well run, with really kind staff and members that are both friendly and knowledgeable.

The student discount on the membership enabled me to put some money towards my own wakeboard and I was only able to do this because of how patient and helpful the wakeboard instructors are.

The location itself is in an ideal place. Not far from from brighton but just outside of the really busy city centre. The facilities and equipment are all really good quality. The Cafe is brilliant, great food, really great coffee and really kind staff.

The staff will go out of their way to offer advice and help.

I really like this place and will be renewing my membership year after year.

Our 12 year son had is birthday party here with 5 friends, they done wakeboarding and loved every second. Harry the instructor was great with them. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be going back.

Great fun and good value for money as well as super friendly staff

Done wake boarding on a company team building day, the staff, equipment and instruction is excellent. However, would never return as the lagoon itself is filled with the most disgusting and filthy water, I was genuinely surprised to wake from slumber the day after consuming much of the lagoons putrid liquid.

I regularly head down to Hove Lagoon for a paddleboard or wakeboarding session when I'm in Brighton visiting friends and family. Such a fun and welcoming enviornment. The staff are friendly and always happy to share their tips and expertise. I can't wait till i'm in the area next; I'll certainly be finding some time for some on the water fun.

Was so much fun! me nd the girls came to Brighton for the weekend and at first I thought it was a silly idea but it totally made the weekend! want to visit again!

I m not normally one for leaving reviews, but credit where credits due, great facilities and equipment, staff are all amazing and friendly.

Wakeboarding instructor Tasha is awesome, you can really tell she s passionate about the sport and every bit of advise and tuition has really made a difference to mine and my wife s progression (Give the lady a pay rise).

Been a member a few years now and the kids and I love it. Great expertise, facilities, location and cafe.

Another awesome windsurf at Hove Lagoon! Great conditions, great staff and great coffee too. Looking forward to the season kicking off properly so I can enjoy all the fun things to do here.

Have been a regular user of Lagoon Watersports for some years. I always get a warm welcome,they have a young team of instructors for windsurfing, wakeboarding and stand up paddle. Tuition is second to none,with safety and fun top of their list.
I often attend the Sunday windsurfing clinics which have helped me progress greatly.
I can't think of anywhere else I want to be in my spare time. Mike Watts.

A amazing place to go and learn a new hobbie especially throughout Covid-19 it s outdoors and a pleasant environment to be in! the facilities where clean and tidy also following social distancing and disinfection protocols of all the equipment. It has a very calm vibe about it which I think a lot of people need in this unprecedented time. I always wanted to try wakeboarding but never had the time until I was furloughed so I booked the beginners wakeboarding lessons the instructors I had was Nick and Toby.... they both were fantastic they helped me so much and explained everything I needed to do and before you know it I was up on the board gliding across the water such an achievement and great experience I shall defiantly be returning. Thanks so much for all your help I have now found a hobbie I thoroughly enjoy and can t wait to go again.

Myself and my partner went for a "sunset sail" recently and absolutely loved it, my partner has never sailed before and had the chance to helm the boat with great instruction from the skipper. Both crew members were very professional, polite and courteous. They maintained a professional and socially distanced service whilst still making sure that the atmosphere was light hearted and relaxed. I would recommend this to anybody and would absolutely do this again.

A lovely, friendly water sport venue. Offers a good variety of activities, including SUP yoga. Parking can be a little tricky though.

The lagoon is a great environment for loads of different watersports. I regularly wakeboard, windsurf and stand-up paddle-board there as it is such a great atmosphere and doesn't feel at all 'clicky' like some watersports centres do. The staff are very kind, helpful and welcoming and also the cafe serves great food!
