Dear Sir/ Mdm, I would like to seek for your attention on this matter regarding a total of 17pc of new tshirts samples that were loan and delivered to your company on 30 Dec 2020 and 5 Jan 2021, as per requested by your employee Ms Madeline Peh for material reference and size testing purposes.
We didn t collect any deposit in order to deliver the samples as fast as we could to your company. We have also bear the cost for the 2 delivery trips as a goodwill service from us. However we have informed Ms Madeline Peh with her acknowledgment that samples have to be returned after size testing.
I have been in contact with Ms Madeline Peh since Jan 2021 regarding the return of samples as well as have notified her on the payment to be made if the tshirts are lost. However she has expressed difficulties in retrieving the samples from her boss and colleagues even within this timeframe of 3-4 months. Therefore I have decided to write in to your general enquiry email on 15 April but to no reply.
Lastly I have contacted Ms Madeline Peh again today however sadly to suspect that she might have blocked my number as my messages were undelivered (i apologise if this is a wrong assumption). Therefore I m writing in here on public platform to seek for help before we conclude that your company actually have the intention to hold on our products without paying.
Im hoping to have someone to assist Ms Madeline Peh to solve this issue or at the very least, to get a response from someone in the company. We will remove this review once this issue has been solved.
