So far not so good. I purchased a small aluminum table and it doesn't fit in my space. I wanted to return it and the company won't provide return shipping! To add insult to injury there's an astronomical restocking fee.
All in the return and the restock costs more than the table! Are they crazy?

My table top was damaged in shipping.
Belnick was at first hard to deal with on how to refund for the damage.
Now 90 days later our agreed refund has not been made to me.
I get excuses.
Or now no response at all.
Be careful when you order from Belnick!

Have bought several office chairs from this company via Amazon. Have been very happy with them.

One of them recently broke while I was sitting on it. It appeared the broken part was small and potentially replaceable. So instead of buying a whole new chair, I reached out to the manufacturer to see if they had a replacement policy or if I could just get the part I needed.

Long story short, it took almost 2 months of back and forth and 2 shipments, I still do not have all the parts I need. The customer service rep recommended that I just buy a new chair from Amazon and refused to refund my payments even if I shipped back the parts.

So now I've gone 2 months without a chair and have spent more money than if I had just bought one through amazon prime.

That's frustrating and a cruddy customer service experience. I will not be buying products from this company again.

Every business has it's good and bad qualities. But every now and then, there is an Employee that just "Makes" the company. In all my life, the experiences I've had w/H.R depts. and HR staff were less then desirable. The HR Rep here is on a whole nother level. Angelina has got to be, not only the most knowledgeable HR Rep I've ever dealt with, she answered ALL of my questions (no matter how complicated or simple they were) but she also was able to supplement her answers with info I didnt even know was available. And the fact that she was a sweet girl and VERY pleasant while being keeping it professional , there are MANY admin, (not just HR) professionals that can learn a thing or two from her. She needs to be training people to do what, and HOW, she does it!!!

Purchased over 8K in chairs, was assured they would deliver before our deadline. Not only were the chairs not delivered, they weren't even shipped. No response to many calls and emails for days. When I was finally able to speak to someone, they promised to rush the order. Next day, still not shipped. When I was (after many emails and calls) connected to a manager, they told me the chairs wouldn't make the deadline, and offered no solution. I told them I would hire a third party freight delivery service to pick up the chairs and they agreed. Several hours into that process they then told me the chairs were no longer in stock. They had the salesperson call to inform me. They left us with zero options and an empty room with no seats.

Watch yourself - I had 2 of 2 of the same recliner break in the exact same way within 2 months of each other. The 1st one they arranged return shipping after a fight, but the second one they INSISTED I donate it to charity and give them the receipt in their name. Donate a BROKEN chair! I'll take the financial hit before I do that.

They are affiliated with Flash Furniture and Bizchair as well. Beware.

I have ordered from this company twice and my experience has been a disappointment both times.
I placed an order on a Sunday via web. I called Monday for tracking info. Representatives indicated that it was being put in the truck as we spoke. I even received the truck shipment number. I was told by someone impersonating the trucking company that it would arrive on Thursday for my Friday event.
When I called the trucking company on Friday because my chairs didn t arrive Thursday they had no information on my order.
I again called chairs 4 less and after an hour and 14 minutes, I was told that my order never left the dock because they ran out of product Are you kidding me? Four days later, on a RUSH deal, no one bothered to contact me.
Oh my goodness. If you are ordering items for no particular date and you don t care if you get jacked around, this company is a good choice. The supervisor was even so competent as to put order needed by 9-3-18 vs 8-3-18. Idiots.
I am an employer as well and these people are not capable of being the front of a business bless their heart. I did get a supervisor named Scott who seemed to be more with it. However, long story short ....... This company will screw up your event if you don t order months in advance !!! I rate their run around service at a 1 only because I finally got an answer.
This is an addition to the above review. I ordered more 60inch round tables and had one arrive dented and I ve had 9-10 break due to the welds on the legs. BELNICK will not stand behind their products. They asked for pictures of damaged product. I sent them. No answer, I called, I sent more pictures. NOTHING. THIS IS A LOW RATE COMPANY.

I ordered from this company and received a defective part that was obviously cut wrong by manufacturer. Product was not able to be completely assembled and there was damage on some of the parts. They wont even work with me on getting the part needed replaced. It was the last assembly part on a large book case that the feet screw into to stand up. They make excuses everytime you call or email and tell you lies. No good customer service here. It seems as though the product ordered may be seconds. So if you want a nice new product I would stay clear from ordering here. I know I will never order from here again. Spending almost 500 on products you would expect to get a decent product.

Management is a huge joke. Racist, favoritism, and embiciles is what goes on at this job! They do not pay their employees accordingly, they say you get annual raises, but instead are mislead and told the raises are coming. These people do not treat you with respect!!! Horrible customer service. Had a defect on a couch I ordered for my store. Bounced me around for nearly 3 weeks saying it needed to go to defects claim, then damaged claim, then defects claim, etc. Then finally told me they wouldn't handle it and I needed to contact my carrier. Waste of time, horrible customer service, avoid.

I'll update this and adjust the rating should this ever get resolved, not holding my breath.

EDIT-Update

Forgot to update this, bumped form 1 to 3 stars. They did end up sending me a new couch, but I had to eat the delivery (think it was 200$'s). So now I have a ripped couch and a new couch, as they didn't want the old product back... I can accept that, but the hassle was not acceptable. I run a business, if a product we send out has ANY issues, period, it's covered, always. Since they did however eventually make some effort (even though I was going to challenge it in full, and my CC company would back me), updated the review to reflect. On another note, everything else I bought from them prior was good.

Are you kidding???!!! YUCK. Could not get any worse and this is through Overstock. First, no bottom of the exec office chair, Overstock (15 discussions, emails, chats) cannot fix. Get the second chair since I cannot get the missing bottom, and this bottom is broken. This company and Overstock are the worst!

Not only is the furniture poor quality, but so is the quality of life for these employees. They're overworked and poorly treated. I've noticed a severe decline in staff and the ones who are there are being worked to the bone. Your company is NOT essential. Either hire more workers to help with the heavy load or send these people HOME.

This company does not put disclaimers on final orders on the top of their website. They put it at the bottom of the web page where you have to scroll down to see. Then when the item arrives and it's not the right fit the company will not budge on an exchange. Terry the manager is rude and has terrible customer service. I run schools and will never ever buy furniture from this company again. I can not believe how they talked to me as a returning customer. They do not care about returning business.

All 3 desks that I ordered for my kids were damage...

All 3 desks that I ordered for my kids were damaged upon arrival. The desktops were chipped and before I received them. When they arrived at my house there was putty shoved in the chips to try and cover the defects. I immediately contacted Belnick and had to create and "open case" and then log in every time I needed to contact them or check a message from them. Huge hassle. First, they never told me what their return plan was and then their solution is to donate the desks to charity. Thanks for backing your product. There is no clear statement about the return plan from them. What are they crediting me? I can tell that even you don't believe in your business. This has been a much bigger hassle than it's worth and I will never shop with you again because of it.

They do not honor warranties and sell sub-par equipment. BUYER BEWARE! Our commercial grade tables started falling apart within one year of use. Spend your money elsewhere. Horrible customer service and no integrity.

I want to thank your company and customer service. You sent me the caster I could not purchase in our area and the chair was out of warranty. You were so kind and considerate. You never even charged for the parts. I am grateful!
