Terrible customer service when it comes to calling to get anything done.

My husband and I both have chronic illnesses so we have been in numerous hospitals. This was the most pleasant experience we have ever had. His neurosurgeon was amazing and the staff at the surgical center was exceptional. The were very accommodating and when you called the nurses station someone came to the room immediately. The food was even the best hospital food. Recommend to anyone. The room was spacious and had a comfy sleeper for me to stay the two nights with him. A+

I especially LOVED the anesthesiologist, Joe. I don't remember his last name. He was amazing . Amazing bedside manner, made you feel comfortable and unafraid. He held my hand, and stroked my head while he was putting me under. I loved that! Super calming and friendly .

All of the staff is kind and welcoming and the place is well kept up and clean . They even sent me a thank you card in the mail! I would definitely recommend!!

My daughter had surgery there on Thursday. We could not be more satisfied. The entire process was smooth. The rooms are extremely large and comfortable. The staff was professional yet warm and friendly. I highly recommend this hospital.

I would recommend this hospital to anyone. The level of care you receive is the best I have ever gotten. The Drs. and staff are simply amazing. They are there almost before you call them. A wonderful hospital whether inpatient or outpatient.

Amazing and friendly staff! I would highly recommend this place! Would give a million stars of I could! The staff really makes you feel like they care. I can't believe how pleasant my surgery experience was and there was no wait time for me. As soon as I got checked in the called me back and set me up for my surgery. Hands down the best hospital I have ever been to! I cannot thank the staff enough!

What a pleasant experience I had at this facility! I had cataract surgery done here. From administration to pre-op to surgery day, the staff was professional but very caring. They made sure I was comfortable in every way. I can't say enough good things about this place!
