I have mailed multiple items at this location and have never had any issues.
This is by far the WORST UPS store I've been to, and I've been to them all over the world. Every employee has an attitude, they don't actually so anything the website says and every time I've gone in I've walked back our because they have been so piss poor with their attitude it's easier to drive 15 miles and deal with someone else. it's supposed to be an easy drop off location for amazon. And all they do is complain about it.
Great customer service. They helped me track down a missing package and were extremely friendly.

There's usually piles of returned cable boxes or something to be sorted and put away on the back shelf.
Stark contrast to Orangevale UPS. That group of ladies has it down.
I love this store. I had to make copies and fax, but the store had just closed. The employee saw me and opened the door and helped me get my errands done. I really appreciate the extra effort and the awesome customer service I received. Thank you for making my day.

I took a cpap in to have packed and shipped on Friday morning, I was assured it would be delivered at its destination in AZ in Tuesday. I tried to track it on line and found a lable had been printed on Friday but had not been entered into the system by Tuesday morning. I went into the store to have them track it, thinking their system might show something different. It didnt. He asked what we shipped, said we must have come in in the afternoon, and UPS missed scanning it and he would have UPS in Rocklin put a tracer on it. I went to the Rocklin facility they checked their system and said the package had never left the Lincoln store. I returned to the Lincoln store and was assured it had not only left it left on Friday and when he closed today at 6:30pm he would contact corporate to trace it. Would you believe it magically appeared in the system this evening, leaving the Lincoln store to be delivered at its drstination in AZ on Thursday. I will never use this Lincoln store again and am encouraging you not to either, this guy cannot be trusted.
Arrived here at 5:00 pm and contrary to the hours on Google stating they closed at 5:30 pm, the UPS Store was closed.
Real unfriendly older guy that has helped me a couple times and he is always grumpy and rude when I m in there. No greetings, no thank yous, no have a nice day, just what do you want and thats all.
The worst customer service I have had anywhere. They charged me $2 to forward them an email of shipping information. I understand we all need to make money, but some that is just greedy. Help your customers and make more money when they return.
This location has friendly staff who are very helpful and knowledgeable.

Went in at 1:30pm on a Saturday (their hours are supposedly 9-5pm) and they were closed but it sounds like routine practice based on other reviews.
Came 20 minutes before closing, the front/main door was open but the gate was down. Needless to say no one was there to help me during the business hours posted on their door.
So slow! 2 people working but only 1 will help the customers.
I would give 0 if I could. Late to work and didn t get my packages shipped thanks to no one there when they were supposed to be open.
I ve actually had good experiences when the place is open...but two times in the last six months I ve showed up during normal business hours (today is Saturday and I showed up at 2:30 pm...says they are open till 5 pm) and they were closed. It s super odd that they don t have a sign posted or anything. I understand emergencies come up, but just having an employee put a note on the door or something would be really nice. Kind of bummed as I really like to support Lincoln businesses, but I think I will need to take my business elsewhere in the future. =(
I have been to this place quite a few times to notarize documents and ship packages and every single time I have felt like the owner and his family at the counter were disrespectful towards me and my family.They did not greet us and seemed very annoyed by our presence , made sarcastic comments and asked unprofessional questions.I felt as if I was being discriminated. I suggest they work on their customer service skills and fix their indifferent and judgemental attitude towards their own people.
I went here on Saturday afternoon and it was closed, yep locked up tight... who owns this place? Guess they don't care or don't know the workers split for home...
I love this place! The owner is super friendly and it seems like they are super efficient trying to get people in and out. I go there every time my printer is out of ink, need to send back a package to Amazon or really do anything in the shipping arena. I really can't say it enough, I love the UPS store, but the Lincoln one is the best!

Kern, the owner I believe, is super accommodating. Even when UPS corporate customer service can't help, he can!!! This store did an absolutely AWESOME job of packing and shipping 10 very old, precious crystal water glasses, which had to travel 2,000 miles to Wisconsin. All arrived in perfect condition. We can't say enough about the care given these family heirlooms. These guys are total professionals. THANK YOU>
I had to print 100, 20 page color presentations that had to be bound and I needed them in one day. These guys did a MARVELOUS job, the color was brilliant and the job was completed on time. I will take all my print jobs to this store from now on. Thanks for all the hard work, SUPERB customer service and the extra effort.
I go here regularly and have never had a less than stellar experience. The staff are friendly and have always been more than happy to help when I've had questions.
Website and the door says it opened at 8...got there at 9am and it was closed. Took my business elsewhere.
Middle aged brown guy is SUPER rude. Kept arguing with me and then just walked away! I had an infant with me and a saddle (hands FULL) and he refused to help me at all
The staff was very helpful and kind. It was very busy when I stopped by and my wait time was minimal. I will be giving them repeat business. Thank you for resolving my issues.
This place is great. I always get great service in a quick way. I'm so grateful for this store being in Lincoln. Thank you UPS. I know it's hard in today's climate, but you are a lifesaver. And thank you for taking Amazon returns!
The store is a better place with Julian Mac working here. This gentleman went above and beyond when he had no reason to. I would like His corporate to recognize his effort as a valuable employee. Not saying he ll go out of his way for everybody but he went out of his way for this stranger. Keep up the good work Julian.

This store is a joke. Online allows you to make appointments for services that store doesn't honor. Employees are rude, blatantly ignore you, and couldn't care less about you. Would never come here again.
You can better help your customers if you actually stick to opening your business on time. Don't plan on getting anything done early with this company. Shame
Amazing store, I had gone to 3 different stores to ship my medical equipment and all other stores couldn't do it. Here they took one look and said "yes we can do that." They were very helpful and accommodating. They packed and shipped my expensive equipment and it arrived at its destination in perfect condition. I would recommend this store highly to anyone and their great customer service.
Do not trust this store! They stole from me and the owner would not refund my money or take accountability. After reading other reviews, this looks like this store has a consistent problem with theft and loss. Do not go this store and the owner makes up his own prices and does not charge people fair of according to UPS corporate policy. Beware!!!!!!!
They don t take UPS returns at this location so I don t give them business when mailing packages out. Go to the Rocklin location.

Made an appointment for a notary. Got the email confirmation. Went in for the appointment. Was told indifferently that the notary won't be there for 2 more hours and their store "doesn't do notary appointments." What I guess they meant was you can make an appointment if you want but they won't honor it. It would be nice if they opted out of the appointment system or try to notify people, but then again the reviews here speak for themselves.

Terrible customer service! First time older man repeatedly shouts to his possible wife, to check my ID for pick-up in a rather paranoid manor. When it was already checked!! A sane person would have walked up to her & quietly asked. Was ready to tell him he sounded stupid. At the Roseville UPS store they are VERY professional always!
Second time was dropping off a return, package was taken from me by possible son of old rude dude standing in lobby. He holds my package & decides to chat w/a worker who was just off shift about personal business for several minutes!! While doing nothing about getting my receipt to me. Apparently he can't talk & work at same time. Rsvle store always offers receipt. Very shady Lincoln store DIDN'T offer it. Was ready to tell this guy to give me the package & walk out as he was chatting. I decide to interrupt & say I need a receipt. Both him & Danielle Marple who was behind counter acted irritated I asked.. 3 LOSERS total here. BTW She wrote a "good" review for this place while working here, since they know they suck. Will NOT come back again.
Horrible service. The elder man working the counter told me to put my items on the scale. Before I could even do that he says "Look could you just back up??" Ummm... OK. I wasn't even at the counter yet. So I look for a marker, don't see any, ask him where to stand, and he replies with "on the marker!"... there were none. To which he replied "Against the wall! Stand against the wall!" While waving his arm and yelling. Then he proceeds to take my items and THROW them behind him. Now I understand why no one likes this place.
Do not go to this store! The owner is an absolute thief an he stole my items and told me he was going to package my items and he never did. He is an absolute criminal and is stealing from people in this community. I had to open an investigation into him and he will not give me back the items that he stole from me. The corporate UPS said the items never shipped from his store and he will not take accountability. Beware of this business and I am sorry that I ever took my items there to be shipped. He has many complaints for loss and for theft. I wish someone would have warned me before I trusted this business to ship out items from me. This is not an honest business.
No employee at opening time. 17 minutes late and still waiting for an employee to arrive to open the store. Four clients sitting next to me. Also if you have a mailbox there you can't access it if the store is not open. Unnaceptable business practice.

Returned Amazon purchases. Asked for my tracking number and they responded my qvc code is my tracking number sorry no numbers available. It's a tracking number. It's what UPS is supposed to be able to do and something they HAVE done for me before at this location. It is clear that they had no idea what they were doing, the employee didn't know how to print and seemed aggravated I would ask for tracking. When I said I need it to prove I made the return and that last time Amazon argued I returned my item until I showed them the tracking slip the response was "typical Amazon" with a shrug. Unacceptable. No upgrade on my original post. I can't downgrade any further but worst performing UPS store I have ever encountered anywhere.
I have been in the store 2 times, and during the first visit they charged me $50 to ship a bag of dog treats and a bag of coffee grounds in a small box to Idaho. The second time, they charged me $10 to send a single pair of flip flops in a Manila envelope to Idaho, and upon the envelope arriving in Idaho, the sticker on the package said the price was $3. Their customer service is not the friendliest to begin with, and now they're scamming their customers. Will not be returning again.

This is a GREAT store. The employees are always friendly and helpful. I don't understand the negative reviews. The staff is terrific and so is the owner. I look forward to going there when I have to return an Amazon purchase. I know I'll be treated well.
The people are helpful and very good at packaging, but this place is expensive ! I was going to ship a laptop from this store to San Francisco and the total cost would have been $35, I ended up taking it to the Fedex location down the highway on Lonetree and shipped it for $11.
Went in for stamps a few days ago. The young lady told us they were out of out stamps which was fine but she did not even apologize! We drove a couple miles and waited in line only to be treated like that. In my business, when i run out of something, i always apologize for the inconvenience and i try my best to never ever run out of the item again, by taking better inventory etc. Can't believe this UPS store! Not sure if i will ever go back there!!! 1 Star from me, you could have at least apologized. If you treat your customers this way normally, you should increase your communication standards and why is a postal store like this out of stamps? LOL!
Despite the website and signs in the shop claiming they do passports, the clerk told me this is not the case.
The gentleman would have to show me how to make copies and that would take a long time?? Are you kidding me ... what he really said was..go away I am too busy. Done. Will not go back.
