Best spa ive ever seen, great restaurant and bar too! Not lucky enough to be staying there but i saw one of the rooms and looked awesome..

It was nice to work with their polite magner and experienced staff, although just for few hours. The buidling itself has a favorable location and an elegant outward appearance. Hopefully their Spirit of Corinthia will still go on, like what they said on their website 'nothing was going to stop us'.

Without question the hotel to go to London at the moment. Spacious suites and exquisitively appointed bathroom and impeccable service. Avoid the gym if you are looking for a comprehensive workout...

The staff are very helpful and polite. The lobby is beautifully arranged and the florist is incredible. The fragrance is fantastic and the arrangements they make are incredible. A top notch place all the way.

Keeps getting better and better. Lovely hotel, I love visiting and staying here, it is a gem in London. My son visited fir the first time this time and it looked like he was living a dream. Seeing his expression when he received his bed was priceless, with a little toy and two other gifts for him. Love it

Without a doubt the best hotel and spa in London. The Spa is the most luxurious parlour in the city and I have been to a fair few. The spa staff are honestly the most amazing, not only do they make you feel welcomed but they are also fantastic therapists. I had a mud wrap and facial. It's not cheap but it's worth spending the money if you want to feel special. The reason why I have not given it 5 stars is because it's not perfect and I would have liked to see some diversity in senior staff, all the management are white, whilst door men, room attendants etc were black. It is a London hotel after all, plenty of people of colour educated and capable.

A great hotel, brilliant rooms, excellent service and the pool and Spa area were brilliant, all in all a very nice place with great cocktails and food.

Lovely outside seating area, perfect for a chilled night with a glass of wine and a cigar.

Nice hotel and spa, missing the mark on customer service unfortunately. Beautiful inside and a great location, tasty food and cocktails but unfortunately if you put in a request, it can't just happen, it's checking this or that with managers. We were also sat at a table for a number of hours with no further drinks offered. It's a shame as there were a few issues made with orders too and not the standing of service expected.

Basic service extremely slow. The Spa experience was probably one of the worst I have ever had in 25 years.

Hydro therapy spa is by far the best after a long day.

Amazing place. Loved the whole 'old' feel. The concierge (a dying service), the cleanliness, the friendly staff. Making sure everything was perfect. The rooms were gorgeous. Would love to go again.

We had a lovely stay at Corinthia. The staff are amazing. They make sure that your stay is comfortable and assist with sightseeing and many other accommodations. Our stay will be unforgettable. We look forward to visiting again.

This is a beautiful venue for an event in London, the staff are excellent and loading in to and out of the venue is easy.

Great facility with superp spa. I took my wife there on our wedding anniversary to pamper her. she really loved it and we enjoyed our lunch provided in the spa lounge.

Excellent hotel, We only used the Kerridge Bar/Restaurant but the decor is amazing, service very good. We had wine and bar snacks which were very good. Well worth a visit.

One of the BEST hotels in London. Great makeover and excellent appointed rooms. Staff are second to none. High tea is a must do and order some flowers for your room from the hotel lobby florist. Made all the difference for our week long stay.

Great hotel, amazing public areas and rooms are spacious and comfortable . The cigar terrace is a godsend and the location makes sense for those who want to be near the West End , City and Trafalgar Square ...but if Mayfair and Knightsbridge is more your speed you are better off at the Lanesborough

In a competitive and high quality market, this place is one of the best. From top to bottom, incredibly well done. In fact there is no reason to ever leave! I would live here if I could.

Lovely dining experience well knowledge staff. Would defiantly recommend to anyone who likes high end dining.

I love this hotel and one of my favourites in the world. I had afternoon tea here again and was tasty as ever. Service couldn t be better either. I ll be going back again in December for Christmas afternoon tea with my friend.

On a walking tour (Black statues walk around Westminster) and we stopped off to use the facilities and what a warm welcome we received from the staff. The hotel was lovely and inviting and will go back to try their afternoon tea.

Not worth the price charged. Rooms are nicely appointed and the hotel is beautiful but there were many service oriented issues that were not 5 Star. We have experienced much better service at 4 Star hotels for half the price.

First class hotel in perfect location. All sights very well within walking distance. Facilities of our room tastefully and the big bed very comfortable. Fantastic, rich breakfast. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. We felt very comfortable and highly recommend the hotel.
