The service at the Corinthia was absolutely first class. The staff couldn't do enough for us. The rooms are fantastic, extremely well decorated and the hotel is the nicest smelling hotel I have ever been in!!

I visited for a very special gluten-free afternoon tea. Service was outstanding. I was greeted on arrival with confirmation of my gluten-free requirement. New teas & refills were offered more often than at any other afternoon tea I have joined. Each course was accompanied by a simple presentation of what we were about to enjoy.
Setting is simply lovely. Hugely open space, bright & airy but in an intimate, relaxed style. Sophisticated but not stuffy.
Food glorious food? Yeah! Tonka bean & rhubard jam was a standout surprise delight served with scones. Tea selection was among the best I have ever enjoyed. Refreshes of plates were available so quality and quantity both well covered :-)

This is my 4th time here for afternoon tea, a relaxing experience if shared with friends and family, lovely food drinks and staff who are attentive without being intrusive. Surroundings plush.

Fabulous hotel. We had a champagne afternoon tea. Champagne served in beautiful Baccarat champagne flutes. The service was excellent.

This is an outstanding hotel, which is in a fantastic central location making it easy to get around London. The food was amazing and great service from start to finish.

Doorman are not being friendly and professional enough or maybe they are too stress by his own personal course of living BUT my point is we are the customers who do the privilege spending here and it wasn't mean to see your racist faces.
If you're not the customer with those luxuries cars outside hotel you'll probably be treated by the doorman like stranger instead of customers.
Excellent experience that I found disappointed with the doorman behaviour. Perhaps they should have a proper training that treating everyone is equal, we all equally human no difference.

Lovely Christmas decorations and the afternoon tea looks fab. They have two bars. Kerridge's Bar & Grill is a must visit. Spectacular decor. Food quite pricy to call it a bar and grill though but it is in the Corinthia after all!
WiFi is free with a simple name and email registration and you get good speeds of 17Mbps UP & DOWN.

Service, hospitality and great breakfast make this hotel your best choice in London. I have stayed there three times and every time I stay there, they impress me more. Last time I stayed I requested to get my room changed three times, and they entertained my requests without making it very difficult. I hope they keep it up.
Wonderful stay on the London Calling package, which includes a room upgrade, early check-in/late check out, champs in the room, and voucher to spend in the hotel. Staff extremely friendly, spa facilities great and overall a wonderful experience. Only knocked a star off because I had high expectations going in. We ll be back! Ps. the festive decorations were spot on.
Slightly dated, could do with a refresh from both a decor, carpeting and service perspective. Especially on the second floor.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of London, right outside of Parliament. The accomodations and service were great; my only complaint is that my floor and towel heaters were not working, and the engineer they wasn't supposed to come check on it "right away" did not show for hours. Still, overall it was a great experience. Will likely be booking Corinthia next time I'm in London.

I only stayed here once but I still can say that this is a decent hotel to stay with. Good service, good customer service, nice place. I really enjoyed my stay.

I went in there for an informal meeting with some clients, the service was fantastic as always and the building is beautiful. They have some of the best coffee in London being served here.
The best place I have ever had afternoon tea. Try everything. You won't be disappointed. The setting is very classy. Black Mango tea was my favourite.
