Labelle Fashions Review

So I bought a dress for my mum. Looked pretty ok. When she wore it, noticed the dress fabric had modifications done by adding some fabric on the side like a repair work. Shoddy work and the seam was nothing professionally done....as though it was for repairs. I went back one week later with the receipt and asked what can be done. They told me I took too long to return it. My return was because the dress was adjustment done on a new dress. The person incharge was rude, told his colleague to take me to an office...which was by the corridor and talk to me ....when I asked their customer care process I launch official complaint or their return policy...none. If you are considering them, just know when you have a complaint you are on your OWN. My next shopping is definitely not in the back street. Lesson learned.

Pathetic customer service!!!! The attendants are rude and act as if they are doing you a favour by helping you shop. I inquired for a dress i saw online by showing one of the attendants a pic, she arrogantly told me it was not there yet I could see it after observing. When I showed it to her she got mad.That is enough reason for one to NEVER go back whether you have beautiful pieces or not. Train your staff handle customers well and politely and you will have a huge customer retention base.

This a good place for affordable shopping especially women's clothing. However most of the items they post are always out of stock!
