Pathetic customer service!!!! The attendants are rude and act as if they are doing you a favour by helping you shop. I inquired for a dress i saw online by showing one of the attendants a pic, she arrogantly told me it was not there yet I could see it after observing. When I showed it to her she got mad.That is enough reason for one to NEVER go back whether you have beautiful pieces or not. Train your staff handle customers well and politely and you will have a huge customer retention base.
