Impeccable and extremely pleasant welcome and service.
The lunch menu is well proportioned and the food is quality.
The wine matches perfectly.

The score of 4 is mainly due to the setting and the view of this Parisian institution.
On the kitchen side, the splendor of yesteryear is far away.
On the service side, some inconveniences unworthy of this type of house.
The height of the addition is not justified.

A very good address that I recommend, the chef has talent.

We had a great time around an exquisite lunch. Exquisite is the appreciation of my grandson who is discovering a gourmet restaurant for the first time. We will definitely be back.

The epitome of French hotelerie, great service, over priced wines (only French) and old school cooking. Despite my comments, worth the visit, many times. The sun down sipping expensive Bordeaux is special

A gastronomic score without any false notes, led by masters of flavors and virtuosos of the service. Foods with just and very relevant flavors, a very beautiful culinary experience in an authentic setting. Most: the visit of the famous cellars.

La Tour d'Argent was the model for the restaurant that appears in the animated film Ratatouille from 2007.

Huge disappointment, only go for the view but pray to have a table to enjoy it

9:30 pm reservation, seated at 9:35, ordered at 9:40, and first main was served at 10:40. Not sure I was eating or sleeping. Not impressed at all.

Beautiful place, with delicious dishes and very welcoming staff. Too bad that some dishes are too far from tradition. It is certainly worth going, also because you can enjoy a great view of Notre-Dame. Staff obviously prepared and courteous.

Wonderful family evening for my daughter's 30th birthday! Everything was perfect: the location of the table (round for more conviviality, near the window with a view of Paris), the kindness and humor of the staff, tasty dishes, in a magnificent setting. Great French cuisine. The place is very popular with foreigners who come for the amazing setting with this view of the Seine and (what remains of) Our Lady. I have not been there for 3 years and I know that the frame has been renovated and the dishes. Is there still the famous duck blood whose recipe would be disparaged for some barbaric aspects of its preparation? The wine list (a huge book) alone deserves a good half hour to take in front of all the great wines and vintages that are proposed. The service is amazing. You are taken "in hand" from the entrance to the platform to the restaurant through the cloakroom, the elevator .... even when you leave the table for a few moments we guide you discreetly to amenities. Of the luxury that obviously must be paid but it is so and it is justified.

A mythical place, up to its reputation. Remarkable cuisine, appetizers. A simple and stylish staff at the same time, and who speaks good French (no "We are ON a note of" ...), and no music. What else?

Beautiful and romantic setting with lots of history. The duck tasting menu is the obvious choice here. It s pressed between golden blocks... doesn t get more luxurious than this.
You ll be wowed by the wine selection and sommelier given there are over 500 pages of wine to choose from.
We were saddened we weren t able to go to the salon downstairs without a reservation.

Place of prestige which unfortunately lives on its acquired pleasure of taste was not at the rendezvous .Reviews epicureans: abstain!

If you go for the first time to the Tour d'argent with your girl friend reserve the lovers table just by the bow window with a direct view on Notre Dame

Exceptional location and exceptional cellar ... Neat meal and impeccable service. I recommend.

And without making it the best table, on the corner of the restaurant, directly facing the Seine and towards Notre Dame.
A wonderful restaurant, where the care of every single detail is fundamental. Amazing dish care. Le Caneton, the restaurant's historic dish was fantastic; at the end of the courses a numbered duck certificate is left for each diner.
A blast from the past, impeccable and attentive service.
Don't forget the cheese plateau, I recommend it.

famous restaurant in the 50s, which retains class, and has a room on the top floor overlooking Notre Dame. Try the canard and drink their champagne which is excellent.

Unique, historic and with more than adequate service.

Whilst the entrees and mains were excellent, the dessert was horrible and very disappointing. The service was not good this time, as on our previous visit, as the staff were not as attentive and spent too much time talking loudly in little groups about what to do next and more and were not far from the tables.

Perfect for a romantic romantic dinner while enjoying the incredible view of Paris !!

If you have a chance I strongly recommend to go to this restaurant. They serve traditional duck dish. If you order duck you will get certification card which numbering they served duck. And my favorite one their dish is crape. As I know thief crape is best in the world.

Outstanding service and meals

It is undoubtedly a very good restaurant, but falls short in a few ways. While the presentation and quality of ingredients are up to standard, the way by which the business is conducted leaves some to be desired. Dress codes are not adhered to, and some of the dishes are contrived and a case of heaping expensive ingredients and charging for it.

The service is professional and the staff hierarchy is visible at a glance. If you have such a high eye, I recommend this restaurant. However, the staff's English is difficult to understand and I feel a little bit explaining in English. It seems that the person who speaks is not confident and the customer is not sure. If you can speak French, you will enjoy it even more. The taste is experimental and the duck dishes may not suit Koreans a bit. We recommend the cheese sampler. It's also a good experience to try some very nasty cheese. The price is very expensive. If you eat this and that together, it will cost about 500,000 to 700,000 won.

Tour D'Argent is a Paris classic and retains its charm. It has lost a couple of its Michelin stars - not sure of all the reasons, but it still is charming with killer views, attentive service and top notch food.

Perfect fish again and again- I was there several time recently-

Wine wine wine wine. We went there twice during our trip. The food is spectacular but you are here for one of the best wine lists the world has seen. Be patient and search carefully as you will find stunners and that you will talk about the rest of your life. The staff and service are spectacular though I think they were taken back by the amount of wine we purchased . We drank every last drop! I am betting they thought we were gonna leave a bunch..

A classic in Paris, a restaurant with an impressive global publicity, therefore we hope for the best when visiting it and that's how it was, we had a memorable moment in this place. We went at lunch time and the attention along with the food was excellent. Great wine list, lunch time has acceptable prices and this makes the experience free of vertigo in the wallet. I really enjoy it a lot

A Parisian classic. The service is impeccable. Book well in advance to get the windows. This is the biggest wine list I have ever seen. Order the duck in any form.

It's a shame. The service is quite good and friendly but the food is a disaster. Better to have dinner in a restaurant, someone either, mid-range. The cheese platter is a success as well by the choice as the quality (but it is not them who prepare them) apart from that we can not say that it is not terrible, no it is shameful, it is just not good, really not good and I say this to stay polite. Buy yourself a sandwich and have dinner at home that will be much better. How horrible, never again would I set foot and my palate in this establishment ...

Perfect sequence of dishes. From the minute you're greeted at the door until you step a foot outside the service is impeccable. Really great food and the wine list is to die for. If you can't find the wine you're looking for here, then it does not exist. Great view of Notre Dam from the dining room. We were lucky to be allowed on the cellar and it was an unbelievable experience. The history, service and amazing food make this restaurant a "bucket list" item.

People may come here with expectations that may be met or not. A place so full of legend and history is bound to elicit this. However, for the lunch menu the food was inventive, beautifully cooked, delicious and fun. Service was very good,and the views fantastic as always. Compared to coming by 10 years ago, it was an improvement and definitely worth a Michelin star. Well worth a visit.

As an avid wine lovee, I simply can't love this historical restaurant more. Reading the wine list, which consists of every bottle of French wine you could think of, is an absolute pleasure.

In terms of food, I found everything generally delicate, delicious but not as surprising as other starred restaurants, but I'd not blame it for this. Generally speaking, I think this place is a must-go, not just for the food, but for the richness of history and wine.

Very happy to have realized the dream of my dear mother. A place full of history.

Just returned from lunch at La tour d argent, golden wedding lunch, fantastic place and although not cheap it is good value for money. Staff very amiable and helpful! Will come back again for special occasion.

The liftier takes us for tourists, or winners of a lottery, while we live on the other side; the widow does not do better but does the same for each of the tables ... The card remains, as for it, better than the menu. View ? more beautiful since the Institute of the Arab World.

Arrived on site: an irreproachable service, a lot of kindness and benevolence without any pretension for a high standard! The food is excellent, the drinks impeccable, the view incredible.

The restaurant of all superlatives: the most beautiful cellar in the world, the most beautiful view of Paris etc. The chef's cuisine is superb, the hyper-professional and caring room teams. A compulsory step for all wine lovers, especially since the lunch menu (even on Saturdays) costs 105 ! Gorgeous.
