Bad service, the place was very full given the upcoming holidays. As there are many people, security (these angry thugs) is more attentive and rude than usual and looks at you like a gnat even if you want to visit a plan, they literally push you towards escalators, how many sales you lose! Then you arrive in the wards, usually wandering around on the ground floor, cosmetics and tableware, the drama begins, orders that look at you hoping you won't ask them anything because they have to stop complaining to their colleagues and the shifts and hours and other colleagues , do they think we don't have ears? Very sad, I waited a good 30 minutes for a person to ask me if I needed something since I was impaled in the center of a corner where the saleswoman was missing and kept passing with nothing in her hand but she seemed busy doing nothing and then complaining! How is it possible that such a high fashion and class place is reduced like this? Too bad I have the card but I won't use it anymore since impossible prices that wouldn't be a problem if the service was perfect. You have no mystery clients, I will come if you want!
