The smoker smoked too much because of the bad extraction of air. <br/> Tse Fung too expensive for the quality of the menus.

This is an amazing hotel, the staff are just so helpful at the reception and concierge desks. Nothing is too much trouble. The bar service and breakfast are very good. Such healthy breakfast options are available, more than l have seen anywhere else in Europe. I highly recommend this hotel, you won't be disappointed

For having tested the Chinese restaurant, I can tell you that it really is worth eating there!

We have been very loyal customers for more than 10 years now (mostly at the Bar) and it is clear that the quality of the dishes and the rest has fallen sharply for 2 years.

The quantities have been reduced and the taste quality is no longer necessarily there (especially the club sandwich which seemed already prepared well in advance it felt!)

The service is also very clearly in decline with teams which seem less well trained than before. (Several omissions, the servers often seem very tired and are less attentive ...)

The furniture is starting to look dated, the chair leathers are very worn and some elements stand out!

In short, the prices charged no longer necessarily follow the services.

Until a few years ago we didn t even look at the bill because the services were so expertly performed! Pity.

Stay as magical as ever in this establishment, From start to finish we take care of ourselves Whether in the spa or in the restaurants everyone is very caring, I recommend this hotel the only small regret I have is not having had the opportunity to order a menu at the Asian restaurant as I was alone I will come back Very soon

We were in the lounge. No standard drinks, not even the basics, and the whole bar stank of frying fat. In addition, completely overpriced. Just right for people with too much money but no taste.

The car of my friends was emptied by the staff ....... And what the hotel is not responsible for anything ... This hotel does not respect its customers.

I go there often, very nice BUT: be careful not to take the lounge restaurant anything with raw meat ... Carpacio, very good but sick the next day, Tartarre Idem. Otherwise very cool place.

My favorite place in Geneva! Luxury, calm and voluptuousness. A real haven of loan. Everything is perfect, catering, decor and views of Lake Geneva. To not spoil anything, the staff is lovely! Bravo!

Magnificent establishment where luxury and calm allow a rare rest nowadays. Special mention to the private speedboat that allows you to reach Geneva city center in 15 minutes.

The high-end in terms of service in Geneva. Absolute faultless! Perfect to relax, facing Lake Geneva. The staff remains as discreet as it is efficient. If you have the chance to dine on site, you will feel at ease, thanks to the decor in shades of red, warm. Highly recommendable!

I am a London hotelier and travel through Geneva quite frequently on my way to our holiday home in Gstaad. I have tried many hotels in Geneva over the years and this comes out on top for me. Service was beyond amazing, the concierge mailed back some suit pants that I had forgotten in the room to my home in Gstaad. Leaves a nice feeling after you leave. The Spa, the gardens and the front entrance are heavenly. F &B was solid. The only area for improvement I would say is the interior design; the rooms, corridors and public areas haven't changed much since I was in school nearby 15 years ago. I know the hotel was designed by Philippe Starck but it doesn't hurt to change things up a little, feels a little shabby for the prices you are charging....

Service very slow. 35 mins for a drink. Food very slow. On plus side, they offered one drink off the bill. Normally I love everything about this place though....

The hotel is getting too popular and too big. We also visited on a popular weekend. The three staff present seemed to have been overwhelmed by the dozens of occupied breakfast tables. The gym design seemed to be an afterthought, separated into three different rooms, without enough open space

The hotel is very well located for quiet and discreet stays. It is difficult to get there by public transport, which ensures privacy. The rooms honor the category and the service deserves the highest rating for its kindness, professionalism, competence and discretion. My personal experience, even before entering, I can only say that it has been a continuous pleasure. The first time I can not put any hits. An eleven out of ten.

Overall good. The lobster ravioli is tender and melting. The langoustines in their crispy brick leaf are remarkably balanced against a refreshing yuzu vegetable cream. The "cube" of cod is cooked to perfection, releasing all the subtleties of its flavor, served more with sweet and melting vegetables which each bite is a treat. The dessert, based on crispy tiles, a mousse with tonka bean and thin walls of dark chocolate, is a blend of textures and tastes perfectly studied. By cons, the almost demanded calf arrives bleeding, and the tea arrives 15 minutes after the sweets. We can also regret the use a little too systematic butter, which is unfortunately an easy way too often used to bring creaminess, and whose lightness is only apparent.

one of the most beautiful places in Geneva. Quiet and close to the airport I think the reserve is really a great place. Magic brunch, small glass on the terrace at night, roof is there to spend a great time. cozy decor and super nice staff. I recommend 1000 times more than the other big chains of Geneva.

For a four star a little disappointed with the service !! We went for a drink on the terrace the waiter came back to ask us for the order he remembered more and we had to ask for some olives or whatever and in addition he brought the towels again after a short time

Excellent service, excellent food and wine. Perfect for celebrating important occasions or just having an authentic Chinese meal.

It's a nice gateway but my god is the service slow. The star restaurant is good, but not that impressive in my opinion. I would go for fun, but maximum once a year, then it becomes a bit stale.
