We have been very loyal customers for more than 10 years now (mostly at the Bar) and it is clear that the quality of the dishes and the rest has fallen sharply for 2 years.
The quantities have been reduced and the taste quality is no longer necessarily there (especially the club sandwich which seemed already prepared well in advance it felt!)
The service is also very clearly in decline with teams which seem less well trained than before. (Several omissions, the servers often seem very tired and are less attentive ...)
The furniture is starting to look dated, the chair leathers are very worn and some elements stand out!
In short, the prices charged no longer necessarily follow the services.
Until a few years ago we didn t even look at the bill because the services were so expertly performed! Pity.
