I am so glad we went here! We used to have a thin flap on a pan that prevented us from opening our sliding door the entire way. Now, we can use our door again! The wind doesn t blow these heavy duty dog door flaps in. No more piles of leaves inside after a windy day! And the cold stays OUT! Polite, on time, couldn t ask for more.

She provided excellent advice on where and how to install, was able to come back a week later and power through my unusually thick Adobe walls, and beautifully install the door. I appreciated her construction background and good humor, and had great confidence in her capabilities.
