Overall, we had a great experience at Lamoraga! The service was very friendly and timely. The menu was intriguing and eclectic, which was refreshing to find in Naples. For the most part, the food was very good. The rice that accompanied the mahi mahi was crunchy and the octopus was a bit bland. We enjoyed everything else and the drinks were also superb.
Food was excellent! Staff nice long wine list and drinks very good. Prices were not overly expensive.
The food and the service was good, our waiter was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. But the manager of the restaurant was pretty much a jerk and approached me with combative attitude because I moved a chair from another table to better fit my comfort level. The restaurant was almost empty, (mid afternoon) me moving the chair didn t harm one soul and didn t inconvenience anyone.
Possibly the manager could learn some customer service skills, and realize that the customer is the one who needs to be comfortable. I will not return

Ate inside with a group of 5. Service was good. Cass was our waitress. The flies swarming the table that come in from the open outdoor seating area will make me think twice. No flies...4 stars
This is a top notch restaurant on all levels. The happy hour was nice and good prices. It isn't cheap but not outrageous and well worth it. Basil wrapped shrimp a MUST. Hogfish, short ribs you name it. I have been here twice and will be coming again. Truly great.
The service was top of the line. I believe our servers name was Christine. She was very attentive and helped us to have the perfect evening. Her recommendations were solid and her knowledge of the menu was superb. The food and drinks were very well prepared however lacked in flavor. The octopus was prepared perfectly and certainly highlighted the octopus rather than an additional flavor.
Atmosphere was great! Food on the other hand... not so much. Dinner came out cold. Sent it back and it came out over broiled and tough. Risotto was overcooked and pasty. Unfortunately the service was slow and indifferent to the diners experience. So many good places to eat in Naples... pass on this one!
The restaurant is very nice inside, the decoration and the kitchen are beautiful. The food was not good. The short ribs were hard and did not fell apart at all. The risotto had no flavor, it needed seasoning. For the price they charge, the food it s terrible. The manager was not attentive toward us, he did no suggestion or offered an alternative, he just took the plates away. And the lady s restroom was flooded and dirty.
Wonderful and fresh menu selections, including vegan options, top shelf wines, tiptop friendly service in an inviting venue. Also, as a dog lover myself, I m appreciative of the staff who is mindful of the greater good (happy patrons) , keeping demanding customers dogs (who might poop and pee) out of their lovely confines. Surely, Muffy can last an hour or two without you.

The food and service here was top notch! We both had the super tender slow-braised short ribs in a red wine reduction with mashed potatoes and asparagus along with a bottle of garnacha. Everything was superb! Make sure you get a reservation way in advance as this hot spot fills up fast.
