Knoll's Mobil North Review

A couple weeks ago I needed my car to be towed & my insurance company set me up with The Auto Rescue Team. Not only were they able get someone to me quickly but the worker Tim went above & beyond to help me. I had no way home after my vehicle being towed to the body shop being it was 11pm at night. On the way to taking me home he got a call for a jump start .
It was along the route to take me home so I didn t mind us stopping for him to do it. Dispatch misinformed him & it ended up being a flat tire he had to change. But that didn t change his attitude towards myself or the other customers. He helped them & still took me home afterwards. All with a positive attitude & friendly service. If I EVER need this businesses service in the future, I will ask specifically for him. Couldn t have asked for a better experience. Thank you Tim!!!

This company is very professional and quick service. I called this morning to get my vehicle towed and within 1/2 and hour Art was here hooking my vehicle up to tow away. They send you text alerts to let you know eta of tow truck driver. When Art got here he immediately came to talk with me and figured out the best way to get my vehicle on tow truck. Art is a true professional at his job. Thank you again Auto Rescue Team and especially Art!!!!

Fantastic service all around from the gentleman who took our call to the tow truck driver! They arrived in 10 minutes. If we ever need a tow again we will most definitely call the Auto Rescue Team!

Terrible service!! They damaged my BMW and didn t pay to get it fixed!! The guy must ve been drunk because he knocked the cap off my battery and dropped it down into the engine and then didn t want to get it out, so I m in a suit on the ground unscrewing my bottom cover while he jus watches and to top it off they knocked off both of my front jack pads and claimed they didn t!! but the two in the back of the car are jus fine!! Because they towed my car the wrong way.. I received a call from the manger after the incident he said someone would come look at the car they never did!! I would not recommend or dare call these idiots again!!

My insurance company setup a tow service with Auto Rescue due to my deer collision. At 08:42 hours I was notified by Auto Rescue that, they were on their way. I waited until 10:23 hours and contacted Auto Rescue on the status of their driver's arrival in which they replied, "They were doing a short run and it would be 30 minutes before they would arrived." At 11:10 hours I contacted my auto insurance adjustor to inquire about the delay. My adjustor setup a conference call with Auto Rescue who stated, "They wanted to speak with me about their status!" Instead of notifying my insurance company they felt they were unable to help me. They delayed my day even more by telling me that, they were bouncing my service and recommending that, I find someone else. I would highly recommend that, you totally avoid, "Knoll's Mobil North LLC The Auto Rescue Team!" I'm currently a U.S. Air Force Retiree and still serve for them in a civilian capacity. I've never had as poor of service, lack of professionalism, and disrespect from any other business in my 53 years on this earth. This company needs a serious lesson in Customer Service and Professionalism, or close their horrible business. They obviously don't care about their customers, business, or reputation! To me 1 star is way too high of a rating!

Thank you for your explanation but, I like to point out that, at no time did your company make a effort to contact me during this time to update me of your dilemma or my status. I had to initiate all contact during this situation. I worked all night and live over a hour away. However, thank you taking responsibility for this situation and I will give you kudos for that!

They were very fast I will give them that but that's about it. This was roadside through my insurance due to a flat tire. The guy could not get my lug nuts off because they were too tight so I asked him if he could put air in my tire and follow me literrally around the corner so my mechanic could use his air tool to get them off and then roadside could change the tire. He put air in and followed me only to tell me his job was done (putting air in the tire) and didnt want to wait 2 minutes for my mechanic to remove them. This was after he complained he just spent an hour getting a guy out of a ditch and a blown tire was a welcome change. So I ended up having to have my mechanic stop the work he was doing on someone else's car and change my tire for a charge. If I wanted that done I would have taken it there in the first place. My insurance doesn't consider putting air in a tire a service they covered so this guy basically drove 15 mins for nothing because I had a compressor. To top it off my mechanic was able to loosen the lug nuts with the same tool the driver had. This guy was just pure lazy and had no compassion for his job.

Always meets and or exceeds expectations as tow truck service at competitive prices.

Just had a car towed by them, a lady working there gave a quote and when the driver hooked the car up the owner called and said it was going to be double the quoted price. This is not the way to run a business. The driver was very nice and helpful. This company works through AAA towing. Never use them for any reason. It's sad how people have to rob others.

I RECENTLY BROKE DOWN. CALLED MR RESCUE ROADSIDE SERVICE THRU VERIZON. THEY SENT AUTO RESCUE. THEY WERE FAST. COUSCOUS AND TOOK CARE TO NOT DAMAGE MY TRUCK. I WAS VERY PLEASED. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN.
