I was not expecting to get a bad treatments from a mamounia employee .

One of the 150 most luxurious hotels on the planet. Obligatory appointment that moves you to an endless number of sensations. If you are in Marrakech, even if you do not stay, why it is not accessible for all budgets, it is worth taking a coffee anywhere in its fantastic gardens, unique in Marrakech.

I am in lust with this jewel...fantastic experience. Hope to go back soon.

This is the most beautiful and most expensive hotel in Marrakesh. Only the VIPs and the very rich people come here.
You can view the wonderfully beautiful garden of the hotel here for a small fee. Definitely worth checking out.
Or take a tour in a carriage with horses that stop to take a nice photo.

Very nice hotel, offering a spa inside. There is also a barber hairdresser available.
The carpets, sofas and all the decorations are sublime.
This hotel is very well secured by guards at the entrance.
A large restaurant is located next door as well as a casino.

We went to the Mamounia to discover his restaurant Le Marocain, we had not taken a room in this establishment

You re sure to have a most wonderful
experience here be it as a guest diner or resident. The grand splendor of the hotel is laudable. It is centrally located and reflects true Moroccan hospitality. It is also home to various local international brands such as Dior and yves Saint Laurent. I wish I had better photos.

Creme de la creme. This is the coolest hotel in all of Merrakesh. The bar usually offers live music and is a great place to have a cocktail before having dinner at their italian restaurant or touring the town.

Be sure to bring your pocket book as this place is not economical. However, for those looking for a more upscale to way to enjoy and tour Merrakesh then this is your go to place. Not to mention the fact that the door people memorize your name and welcome you back by name after walking the city each day.

Sensational! It's worth everything, everything, everything!

This review is for RESTAURANT MAROCAIN. It is an excellent table of rare refinement. You taste Moroccan gastronomy at the gastronomic level. Palace service. Musical atmosphere ensured by talented musicians. The setting is the Mamounia is the story of Marrakech. Emmanuel Rubin was always dithyrambic about the place, and he was right.

Incomparable, cozy and with the air of history in each of its corners. We find in it from the most exclusive to the simplest with a touch of magic. The decor and staff deserve a full-fledged 10. It's a pretty expensive place.

I wish I could give this six stars. It's incredible. They have a smart dress code if you are just visiting for a drink. Long trousers and no flip flops for men.

We recommend you go to visit the gardens of this beautiful 5-star hotel restaurant bar rather than spend 50 dirhams for Le Jardin Secret which is nothing but a small Garden.

Great hotel with a solid history and reputation amongst competition. However, they need to pick up on service levels to compete against the likes of Royal Mansour, Mandarin Oriental, and Four Seasons.

Amazing place, really expensive drinks but worth it

I was tired of the chaos of the Medina, of the markets, public places .. here I found an oasis of beauty, tranquility, peace. Very nice, luxurious, well-kept, clean. A different world.

Such a beautiful hotel but unfortunately the first impression set the tone for my trip. I arrived 4 hours early for my reservation and didn t mind that there was no rooms available, I expected that. I was actually excited to spend some time on the beautiful property. As I was walking into the pool area a man stopped me and asked my room number. I explained that I was waiting for my room to be ready. He then got pretty mean - I offered my passport and he snapped that he needed a room number. He told me to give him my name and he would call reception. I felt like I was in trouble and did something wrong. I went back and sat in the lobby for 3 hours until a room was ready at 3:00pm because I was too nervous to walk around - I thought I had possibly broken a cultural rule. Looking back, I totally understand that tourists probably walk in often without reservations and he was asking for the safety of the guests. He just could have been nice. I was a guest too and he could have treated me with respect. I got my room key and let the front know what room I was in so they could bring my luggage. No one offered to show me to my room. After getting confused I finally found it.. I couldn t turn on any of my lights - I didn t know that your room key powered the room. I had to ask the man who delivered my bag. By then I felt like I did not matter in this hotel. I ve stayed in many incredible hotels. I am not high maintenance. I never remember the details but I do remember the hotels where the staff were kind and made me feel welcome. This is the only place where I look back and feel like I had a negative experience.

Elegant and discreet at the same time. From the outside it does not attract attention, except for the letters on the entrance.

I did not stay at this hotel, but I was able to access various places in the hotel that are well worth a visit; even if it is to change "airs".

Important to access, wear the correct clothing. After a certain time, long pants are mandatory for men. You can be denied access saying that "today is not a visiting day" since only the day they want to tell us is allowed ......... Morocco in its purest form.

In one of them there is a beautiful patio with fountains, where you can eat in spaces where you can keep your privacy.

Inside the hotel there are several shops and a small patisserie, where the decision to try something is more than difficult.

Prices in line with the luxury that characterizes this hotel.

Excellent hotel with extensive grounds. It also has multiple restaurants and bars as well as facilities for exercise and spa. Originally a palace, now a beautiful place to stay.
