Sorry for that note. But the service was shabby. I have been to buy a pair of work pants (towards the suits) and I had no service. I understand that I am not there only person in the store but they had minimum 3 people who were free and they did not come to help me. That's the reason I hated my experience!)

Wow! Arriving Thursday, May 30, 2019 at the end of the day, we went out of Zara where we had been VERY poorly served (as usual). We asked the saleswoman to tell us the shoe department, and she was eager to accompany us so far.
Rendus, we were very well served with support and courtesy, to the checkout.

Maison Simons in Quebec is a flagship and a source of pride for Quebecers.
Renovated in recent years, there is a large area to cover to find linen or accessories of all kinds for the home.
Personally, I don't like this branch. The way the rows are placed makes me dizzy and I have a hard time navigating them. On the other hand, this is a personal judgment, because people around me like it. I prefer the one in the Galleries, which includes places for charging free electric vehicles if you are a Simons member.
And finally, I hardly like the attitude of the people who work there, for some reason I don't know, seem to get caught up in a class of society that seems more self-sufficient than the majority of the population.

Department store airy and fluid. Orientation quite easy. The sport section (icinq) is a little localized.

Many choices of clothes available and very nice store. On the other hand, the service leaves something to be desired. Sellers seldom offer help and dare not even look at us when they see that we need help. Very little courtesy.

There is everything, almost everything. The availability of articles is not always at the appointment, and it seems to me that everything is not renewed more frequently. But other than that, the employees are there, and in number.

Simons differs from the American store by its diversity.

The store and online experience is very good. We are able to find everything we are looking for in men's clothing in this store. More expensive than the competitors, but it's quality.

The one at Galeries de la Capitale is very pleasant with its merchandise and this new local.

Hey well ..... it's been a few years since I did not come to Simon ...... there is a choice of men's or women's clothing ...... but for women there is still work to do ... we must not forget that we women are not all filiform ... this is the minority .... it is missing in my opinion fabrics and cuts of clothing for women with forms .... if it were the case I will come back and surely I will find something ....

What a beautiful store. I like the concept of shop. The goods are of very good quality. It's nice to be both in a supermarket and in small specialty shops.

Im always finding good stuff there, but it can be pricey. If you love something take it right away because you may not be able to find it after that!

Sometimes very expensive but sometimes there are also great songs at great prices. Lots of beautiful linen, I especially love their knitted fabrics in autumn!

Positive point of the Simons, it is that one does not be harassed without stop by the employees. They are there if we need help, but they leave us alone if we do not ask for anything. That said, the Simons Place Sainte-Foy is super large, physically very attractive, on 3 floors, and you can find everything you want in the tens or hundreds of sections of the store.

Many choices and quality. The staff is really nice and helpful. A place to visit regularly, especially at the change of season.

I love the clothes they sell. However, there is room for improvement in service. (I happened to hang around at the checkout for a while before the salespeople who gossiped in a corner decided to come and see me, I didn't make a point of it but it seems to me that when you see the person at counter all smiles waiting with a pile of clothes it would be appreciated to just signal to him that you are arriving soon or to go to another cashier if you are too busy with the cabins, that would have been enough for me)

Excellent place to shop for linen of many styles. I have always had an irreproachable service and advisers who know my tastes and needs well. There is always a huge choice for all ages and styles of clothing. Sometimes it's worth following the specials because we can find products at 50% or even 80% off ... their service after sales (warranty, exchange, returns, tailoring service, pricing policy etc ... ) is the best I've met at this point. Their reward system is available to all for free and has the advantage of keeping bills in the system (very useful in case of loss of bills ...) plus it extends the guarantee from 30 days to 45 days.
