What a great company and a lot from home too!
When I have to go shopping, this is always where I start. If I can't find it (which is rather rare) I go to other places.

The store where you can find clothes from top brands and that meets all budgets.

Staff is awesome. They have alot of stuff including some pretty nice designer pieces!

This is the perfect place, where you can find happiness!

Lack of staff to help us find in this week of release

Nice place to shop for just any kind of apparels; formal, casual, relaxed as well as outdoor apparels. They even sell cool geeky t-shirts, underwear and swimming suits.

It is ok. Like mostly the designer stuff. Rarely find anything otherwise

I discovered 1 month ago. The Simon store unlike other big box stores, customer service first. each department have at least 1 employees and a crate.not need to do the line at a central cashier like in many places, and what about the quality of the products there is for all purses and great qualities.I am conquered.

I agree that Simons sells high quality products. Prices are very expensive, however, and waiting for sales is often the order of the day.
Slightly poor customer service. I do not recommend ordering online and having it delivered to a branch (in this case, Ste-Foy). It is much longer than the post.
Ironically, the item I ordered seems to be in stock there now according to their website. My package may be sleeping on a tablet without me being notified.
In the future, I will favor other businesses before this one.

Always good ideas to find at Simons for the decoration - IN times of pandemic the reception is correct

My wife finds everything she needs and likes at Simon's.It is no wonder they are so successful.Everytime we pass by the store,which is often,she goes in and buys something!

I love going shopping at Simons, for the choice, the prices to suit all budgets, clothes for all ages. Men and women, eccentric or wise, small or large, slim or wrapped, all find what suits them. Customer service cannot be beat.

I had to go carry one of the clothes I ordered online. Excellent service !!! Thank you very much for the measures implemented. The very kind girl outside, as well as the young man inside the store. Very patient ... not easy to always repeat the same instructions and always be standing ... Bravo !!!

Lots of choice men's and women's clothing bedding deco etc

Acceptable for Quebec City. Definitely, not on the level of Nordstrom's when it comes to customer service or options!!! You can go online to get better styles etc. Shoe department...mmm...no comment! The non-existent customer service makes me only go half way through the seasonal sales period...except for Emilie in Home Furnishings. No one greets you as you walk throughout the store which I find bizarre. I have never had anyone ask me if I need help even when in the dressing room.

Simons is probably the most user-friendly and dedicated clothing store in the WORLD. This may seem exaggerated, but for having traveled a lot and stayed abroad, we have never found such a customer experience. Everything is easy and pleasant.

New decor for us, we are a little lost ...
so big as a shop, easy to get lost ...

Enormous floor space. Everything is spread out, and multiple entrances from the main and side corridors. Unfortunately it's end of the winter season sale time and I needed gloves because of the severe wind chill this week, so I had to choose from what was left, which was nice but not as warm as I like.

Also, since it was the end of the shopping day (closing at 6), staff was a little hard to find but very helpful and friendly when needed. Could only go after work, which is my problem.

Will have to go back later in the week when they close @ 9.

No service ... yet several employees were on site. Second visit, no sapristi service, even 4 months later ... yet no customers !!!!! Store to delete !!!!!

Good choice of clothes and LOTS of things on sale all the time. Not the best quality, but not horrible neither. Just fine if you believe the sole purpose of clothes is to save you from having to wander naked.
