The staff at La Cabana Tesort and Casino were excellent. Everyone was very nice and helpful. There were a few of the staff that really stood out and made our stay even better. These extra special people were Jander, Alondra and Magdalena. Jander is the bartender at the Pata Pata bar by the pool. We had so much fun hanging out at the bar and joking around with him. Alondra was our waitress at Las Ramblas. She was the most attentive wait person we encountered in any restaurant in Aruba. Magdalena was the house keeper for our room. She did an excellent job of keeping everything nice and tidy. We can't wait to come back to Aru a and stay at La Cabana.

Honeymoon. Definitely a place where it's primarily older (45+) folks on time shares, which was nice because there weren't as many families with kids being...kids. Karaoke at night and live music during the day. Everything was clean. Architecture of the room was a bit odd (bedroom is the first room we entered from the outside) and we could hear quite a bit of people coming and going.

Great location. Impeccable service. Very friendly staff that seem to enjoy their jobs. Activities for all ages and varied. Spotless rooms, common areas and pool. The Glitz Casino could use some work. Not eye appealing, few tables open and dated. Staff in casino were friendly. Beach access is across the street, well maintained and secure. Second visit and will return

This resort is a Great low key home away from home. I've stayed here at least a dozen times. Never once have I been disappointed. The staff is friendly and the restaurants on site have a nice selection of Great tasting food.

*Update During this Covid time I visited, They have really gone the extra mile to keep everyone safe. Meticulously cleaning pool chairs and lobby areas after people finish using. I actually felt safer being there during Covid than back in the states. Thank you all of La Cabana staff for taking care of us

The hotel room is very nice and there is a beach infront of the holtel and they have a realy dilicios restaurant (las ramblas)

Great breakfast spot is right next to the pool and for a late night sweet treat you can grab a classic cinnabon. So worth it.

Another home away from home. All the rooms have been recently renovated and are well equipped. The hotel's lobby is gorgeous and the on-site casino is nice. There is a massive supermarket close by as well. (2/3 minute walk) Overall the resort is very clean and the staff is very friendly.

The hotel is home to one of the cleanest and most beautiful beaches ever. (Eagle Beach) If you want shade and chairs, be prepared to be awake and at the beach for 5:40-6:00AM. You could always go later in the afternoon if you feel like paying for chairs and an umbrella or just waiting for something to open up.

Great resort, on site restaurant, service, beach access, security, all great.

Please no more great reviews.. we owners need keep this place a secret.. keep the crowds up at the high rises!

Beautiful resort., Gotcha put it on you bucket list.

It is under renovation. The wifi signal very bad. The beach at 400 meters. Everything very clean. But it is in little old.

FYI if you book at this location on a Friday check in they will give you a garden view room, I don't know what they do that, and it is not posted any where, we a traveling to this location and I wanted to make it special and have a ocean view room cause it is my wife's retirement and we are staying a week. I was told that due to the day we check in we could not get that room and we would have to pay extra for the room, I might have to do that, cause I want this trip to be great and to wake up every morning and have the view would be worth it.
My complaint is that they should post something like that cause I could have change my plans with no problem.

Great beach, service and accomodations, worth every penny.

This is a great Aruba resort. Although it s not on the beach, don t let that hold you back, the walk across a very narrow road is less than the distance at some hotels! And there s a beach bar! Love their water slide too. Kitchen and balcony make for a perfect room. The only thing I wished for is faster internet, it was pig in a poke slow! That would have made it five stars.

We are pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the room and the site. We are used to Marriott standard so we had fears before leaving. The resort is in a great location right in front of Eagle Beach (the most beautiful in the Caribbean). There are many good restaurants nearby, the grocery store is located 300 meters from the hotel. Municipal buses pass directly in front of the hotel (US $ 2.60 per person).

We went with our 2 boy's and we all had a blast. The hotel was amazing the kids loved the pool and all the activities. We enjoyed the spa, casino and having a Cinnabon right down stairs was amazing lol. It was a great trip overall. The staff was really friendly and helpful. We will surely be booking another stay with them.

Great resort & everyone there friendly & helpful. Great pool area & pool. 5 mins walk across the street to the ocean.

The pull out couch is incredibly horrid but the resort is nice and has enough activities to keep you busy if you just want to hang out at your hotel. Would stay again if I sleep in a real bed rather than a rock covered with a sheet.

Great place.Celebrated our 20th anniversary here the staff is very friendly. Lots of things to do. Or not do. You can just relax and enjoy.

Beautiful resort. Recently renovated. Amazing staff. Close to one of the most beautiful beaches of the world. Although it is a time share resort, check out their rental program. We had a great price renting it.

Best beach in Aruba with a well established resort having a greatly trained staff with low turnover - all signs of a recipe for an enjoyable stay. Try it out and see for yourself.

It was ok. The whole ordeal with getting an umbrella and chair at the beach was not a relaxing experience for a vacation.

After finding this place there is nowhere I would rather stay in Aruba . Down to earth resort.

I cannot believe I did not write a review for LaCabana earlier--a bit of paradise by the sea. We stayed in a one-bedroom on the 4th floor that faced the ocean and sunsets. Originally, we were placed in a room by the BBQ grills, which we hated. The rooms are comfortably furnished and up-to-date. The walk to the beach is but 2 minutes. Yes, there are quite a number of elevators. The front desk manager is wonderful. I might add that Angelo will find a great beach cabana for you. We will go back again.

My first experience with a caribbean resort. This place is wonderful, right by the beach, rooms were very clean and AC was awesome. Food was great, public transit to Oranjestad right on the road. The staff was very welcoming also!

This is one of the worst resorts I have EVER been to in my life, and I have been to many. I refuse
To wake up at 5:30 in the morning to find a place to sit. For all the money I have spent? To wake up on my vacation so I have a chair! When I checked desk told me this was indeed NOT the case. Save your money! Go to a place that can accomadate you!
The room smells like mold and the walkway is next to our bedroom so you hear everything. If it didn t cost so much to change my air ticket, I would go home early. They have us chocolate covered strawberries for our honey moon? How about a beach chair to sit in instead?? DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME coming here.

Beautiful facility with a good sized pool, updated rooms, fast wifi and direct beach access. This was our third time at this resort and it doesn't disappoint. The room had a small kitchen with stovetop and microwave/convection oven, as well as a full-size fridge. Just a short walk is a massive supermarket with everything you'll need.
There are daily activities around the pool (aerobics/bingo/wine tasting/etc), and the staff are great for any help you'll need.

We had a wonderful time. Even though covid has changed a lot of things it was still a great vacation.

The food here is amazing ! The frozen drinks are great, especially during happy hour when they are 1/2 price and the bartenders are super friendly

My favorite resort on my favorite Island. Very friendly staff. Clean resort. Quiet. Resort is on the best beach in Aruba... Eagle Beach. Been there many times and will continue to visit.

Very poor customer service. The front desk staff was slow and didn't seem to know what they were doing. I was given keys that hadn't been coded and then insulted - I know how to use a magnetic room key! Food was expensive and poor quality. Ordered a pizza from Domino's instead. Facilities are adequate, but dated. Cleaning staff was polishing floors, loudly, before 8am on a Saturday morning. Will never stay again.

Beautiful resort next to the beach, the place is fantastic, it has all the amenities and we loved having lunch every day on the beach, Aruba is fantastic, I would go back without hesitation. We went as a family in September 2015

Loved it! It has everything you need at the resort, including a big pool with restaurants and shopping. It also has a beach right behind the resort .
