At the beautiful Eagle Beach, better than Palm Beach. We were on the ground floor, small garden and terrace. Many iguanas visiting, nice. Gas BBQs for guest use. Awesome! Cross the road and you're on the beach. Go again.

It is very nice, it is in front of the Tropicana is more luxurious than this, it looks very nice. Across the street you are on the beach, umbrellas and deck chairs are shared with the Tropicana.

Staff and hotel was amazing! The pool and outdoor washroom was super clean. Not only is One Happy Island but a clean island. I wish the United states would take notes from Aruba and thier hotels what cleaness means. My family and I would definitely book another vacation at La Cabana Beach Resort.

Excellent location, nice pools, and certainly in front of the best beach in Aruba, near the super, only improve the filters of the pools that at the end of the afternoon in places you could see the blocker or sunscreen layer on the water, and there was a lack of Largest recreation space for children since I saw many families like us, many children in the resort and only 1 very small sector of games ... although they are small details in front of how wonderful the place is, family atmosphere, excellent live music every day ... highly recommended

Best seaview right in front of Eagle beach, Pool is the greatest, do not expect too much personalized service it's more of an independent place where you can buy stuff and prepare food for yourself if you have a kitchen

My friend spent big money and bought in the High R...

My friend spent big money and bought in the High Rise section, I did some research and bought mine at 20% of his price at the newly renovated La Cabana Resort & Casino. People are equally as nice in both spots but the main differences as we compared ...
He has to wake at 7am to get a good chair at the beach or pool and at busy times chairs get time limit, I sleep til 8:30 eat breakfast head to my beach Cabana no problem no time limits ever, oh yeah my beach is 100 yards wide x 50 yards deep plenty of room for 3 resorts, as he puts it is too close for comfort, he loves jet skis but they leave from my beach no wait no problem, so we have drinks at my Cabana served by the very nice staff. I have not spoke to a person at La Cabana who has been working there less than 5 years some over 20yrs. An inside look at how they treat their employees from my view anyway. He has very nice restaurant but Las Ramblas at La Cabana, food is equally very good at both but Las Ramblas elevated outside setup is perfect for sunsets and torches set a great mood along with live music played softly. His Casino is larger, mine has all the tables and slots minus the crowds so that is players choice there. Taxi if needed I never wait, he does at times mainly because so many more people in his area than mine. I like visiting his area at night to eat. Lastly when we are not in Aruba he pays $xxxx maintenance for his 1 bedroom Ocean view balcony I pay $xxx for ocean view balcony also about 20% of his cost. So depending on what you prefer this is an honest look at two ways to go. I am an owner for 8 years, he is an owner at one for 10 and also has one now at la Cabana for 5. Great People, Great Atmosphere, Great Food all at a great price. We both agree and laugh if you can go to a place "Aruba" where the weather is the same all the time never get a rain out and you can drink the water right from the tap count us in!
Enjoy!

Aruba in January! LaCabana is clean and very friendly. And I mean staff and people who stay here. Restaurants are A1. Daily water aerobics. And if you come the same time each year, like us, you meet new friends and renew acquaintances year after year. We highly recommend it.

I had nothing but great experiences at the La Cabana! I took my teenage children with us and they had plenty to do to keep them occupied. I am not a super picky eater and so I thought that the food was mediocre for an all-inclusive resort they met the needs of myself and my family. I would return to La Cabana however I feel there are many places I would prefer to stay and explore while in Aruba. Aruba has public beaches that are open to the public and everyone. Which we find is a plus since their beaches are very beautiful and the water is so tranquil that it is breathtaking. Will be returning to Aruba

La Cabana experience

La Cabana experience

Hi I want to share my experience as a local and timeshare owner at La Cabana Aruba, this year was a rough year 2020 but we as timeshare owners we managed to stay with our families at La Cabana using points as well as paying per night. I have to say that our last stay was the worst. I extended my stay because I was working during my vacation and did not relax at all! So on my last day it was raining during the day and at around 3-4PM the rain stopped, so when I arrived back at La Cabana 5:45 pm I changed my clothes to go and relax in the Jacuzzi. We didn t even noticed that the Jacuzzi was closed till a security guard politely told us that they closed the pool till the very next day, which is the day we had to check out in the morning. We were very dissapointed so we asked if his manager could explain to us why we could not get the services we paid for. The rain had past, there was no bad weather anymore and the sky cleared up. (And indeed it didn t rain anymore not even the next day) When the SECURITY SUPERVISOR came down he approached us very rude without any understanding. And we told him that we are going to the manager on duty because this was unacceptable. The manager on duty tried to help us and told us that she ll come with a solution in the morning. Which was giving us a day pass! In our timeshare agreement/contract we are already supposed to have access to a daypass, another service they deny us in the this time of covid along with many of the services they deny timeshare holders. But you have to pay the SAME MONTHLY FEE for Timeshare. Neither did they give us access to the pool table, because of the covid . So we spent our last day of our 4 days vacation. In our room without access to anything and VERY BAD WIFI.

I have never been to Aruba, but I came and stayed ...

I have never been to Aruba, but I came and stayed at La Cabana Beach Resort and Casino for 2 weeks as a birthday present. I stayed with my brother, the owner Maureen E Costello, myself and a girlfriend. The resort was beautiful and Eagle Beach magnificent. The owner, Ms. Costello, was the rudest person I have ever met and I found out that I was overcharged and mislead about how many bedrooms there were. Needless to say I ended up 2 weeks sleeping on a sofa bed. I would recommend the resort but as for the owner herself, she should not be allowed to rent or lie to make extra money for herself and unless she isn't removed, I will not be returning.

We had some friends staying here from our town back in the States so we visited them even though we have stayed here before.

Nice units more reasonable drinks than other resort's & everyone seams to be very happy.
The resort is doing upgrades every year & I am sure there will be great things coming in the future, can't wait to see the new pool area!

Anyway thanks for reading & enjoy Aruba!

As our summer vacation this year we decided to stay at La Cabana in Aruba. The pictures make this resort look great, but as soon as I walked in i knew none of that was true. First of all the elevator was as small as a coffin . Even trying to get my family of four into it was a struggle. The indoor hallways were like a sauna with condensation dripping from all of the walls forming mold. As you walk in to your clean room you are met with an unbearable moldy smell coming from the vents. The wooden furniture looked like it was about 50 years old and above the uncomfortable pull out sofa hung a picture of a coconut with a women inside wearing a bikini. This picture was highly inappropriate for what this hotel calls a family room . Just walking across the sandy tile fully blackened my feet. After disappointingly looking at our room we proceeded to the pool which looked like a retirement home with lots of drunk old people crowding it. Feeling unimpressed with the pool we picked up some stain filled towels from the hotel and crossed the busy street to the number one beach in Aruba. As we reached the almost fully abandoned beach with the broken down chairs, both of my children started sobbing uncontrollably. It was at that moment we decided to check out and stay at the Hyatt instead. We are very disappointed with blue green and I recommend that they sell this hotel.

This was a decent hotel. It's actually apartments rather than a hotel. The room had excellent facilities - coffee maker, kettle, large fridge freezer, hob, oven, and cutlery. There was also a balcony. The rooms were spacious, the bathroom was big too. O ky problem is because of the damp the rooms are a bit damp smelling and the fans must always be on so we got cold sometimes. Also the gym was useless. Reception were lovely!
