Staying at the Lacabana was the most amazing experience! This was my first time in Aruba and I got it right the first time. The staff is so friendly and helpful and the location of the Lacabana is perfect. I cannot wait to come back again! Highly recommend!!
We enjoyed this resort. Very nice accommodations (we had one bedroom unit). Right at Eagle Beach with awesome pool areas.

Resort and accomodations were great. However restaurant that is on site is not great. Other outdoor restaurant was closed for remodel.

Beautiful resort. Staff were very friendly and rooms were super clean. Good location, but everything in Aruba is pretty close together. Only complaint was the WiFi - it was decent at the pool, but absolutely terrible in rooms. Couldn't do anything on devices we brought.
Awesome! Staff is so wonderful and attentive. We went for our honeymoon they sent chocolate strawberries to our room and we won a couples massage during the honeymoon/anniversary game put on by the event staff. The staff really make an effort to get to know your name and greet you each day. Bingo and happy hour are awesome. Family friendly. Right on the beach! Even won a little money at the casino.
The view is amazinf, the beach is beautiful, the staff is as good as it gets.

Great staff and very clean rooms. The beach is simply amazing. At the resort the lounge chairs and the umbrellas are free. Sabarro staff is walking around taking orders as well as the La Cabana staff to take drink orders. Very relaxing.
A very happy place to stay. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The offer bike rentals and car rentals on site.
Stayed at La Cabana 20 years ago for our honeymoon. Now we're back for our 20th anniversary. Fun, clean, well serviced resort, like a cruise ship on land. But with a beautiful beach. We love it here.
This is my home away from home and I love everything about this place. The staff is amazing, the pool spectacular, ended steps away from the most amazing Eagle beach. This place is good for families or couples and I would highly recommend staying here. It is right across from the most spectacular grocery store which makes it perfectly situated.

Just came back
We have 3 weeks time share and an extra room during that time. Our 3 week room, oceanfront 146D and 446D had problems with scalding hot water/ ice cold water while showering in the showers, in both rooms, which they could not fix even though they tried several times.
The air conditioner did not adequately cool both rooms; our first week is a two bedroom.
The note we got is; "they are working on it".
During our 3 weeks we also purchased 2 extra weeks for our children.
We were extremely disappointed with our room accommodations.
Amazing amenities, amazing hospitality and wonderful accommodations! The pool area is spectacular with only a short jaunt to the beach across the road. La Cabana Beach Resort was everything we could've hoped for and more!! Will definitely recommend!!

Very nice and clean had no problems with my room .only problem was doing construction work on main entrance rd / driveway .
Rooms are average. Door opens into bedroom. The 1 bedroom sleeps 4 with pull out couch.

Beautiful Resort, and all of the people we encountered from the guest services all the way to the cleaning staff were professional and courteous. They cleaned our room so much we felt like we were always being taken care of.
It's a beautiful resort, just across the street to beautiful Eagle Beach. Decent pool,slide,Clean rooms, clean facility. Has a kitchen, like a time share resort, big rooms. Nice pool bar with happy hours. Live singer by the pool. Had a problem at check out,front desk is clueless, noticed this during checking in/out, and not really willing to help out. What's out for your charges, they attempted to charge me double for my stay. I would use them again,just keep an eye out on your charges.
Staff is super friendly, Ernie was especially great! He helped us find our room, take our bags, and gave us all kinds of aruba tips since it is our first visit! Pina coladas are amazing, everything u need is right here. We haven't left yet and already can't wait to come back!
Best place to be on a Sunday afternoon. Some people have been coming here for over 15 years.
The facilities are a bit old including the open spaces and the rooms. The pool area is quite spacious and pleasant.
Dinner last night at Las Ramblas was amazing! Food was delicious, ambiente and location was so warm and inviting, and service was fast, and consistent! Shout out to the manager on duty, Alvin, for his great attentiveness to all of his guests!
My husband and I visited Aruba at the end of March 2017 for 2 weeks.
We stayed at the Amsterdam Manor. At the hotel they recommended us to your fitness facility just next door.
My husband got a membership during our stay. Raymond Koolman the attendant, was very helpful with a great personality.
More businesses should have people like Raymond. The facility had a large variety of equipment and it was well organized.

Nice resort, only downside: I felt being treated like a minority being a person of color. That was my personal experience sitting at the beach bar for example.

I did not stay ... But I visited it every day because it was part of the route to go to the beach ... Always very lively and always doing activities for the guests ... Their wifi reached the beach !!
I This location, it's a part of my bluegreen timeshare. The location is Awesome. It's across from eagle beach which is nicer than Palm beach near high riser. The staff was really nice. The up keep of the place by the staff was good Can't wait until next year.
Excellent hotel everything you could wish for to spend a family vacation, the food and the best service.
Fairly comfortable. Beds were great. Staff was great. Mold around fan and ceiling in bathroom. Restaurant food was very expensive and not great.... unfortunate. Bar tender was not great. Waitresses, not great. Ordered jack & coke, were served captain & coke... more than once. Pours were very lite. Bed was extremely comfortable. Wifi doesn't work well in room, only in lobby and pool area. No shuttle. No adults only areas, unlike the resort across the street .... beach was lovely and beach staff was amazing.

The rooms here are pretty small. But you probably aren't in Aruba to stay in your room, right? The grounds are ok. This is not a quiet retreat, but a family resort. They play that dumb loud pool music that no one wants but all the resorts play for some reason. The on site restaurants range from grill greasy style to midscale restaurant. It is just across the road to the Beach, shouldn't be a concern.
Orders of magnitude better than the Tropicana next door.
Nice atmosphere, several places to eat and its beach is the best, many people, so if you plan to be quiet I do not recommend it, ideal to go with family.
