La Cabana experience

La Cabana experience

Hi I want to share my experience as a local and timeshare owner at La Cabana Aruba, this year was a rough year 2020 but we as timeshare owners we managed to stay with our families at La Cabana using points as well as paying per night. I have to say that our last stay was the worst. I extended my stay because I was working during my vacation and did not relax at all! So on my last day it was raining during the day and at around 3-4PM the rain stopped, so when I arrived back at La Cabana 5:45 pm I changed my clothes to go and relax in the Jacuzzi. We didn t even noticed that the Jacuzzi was closed till a security guard politely told us that they closed the pool till the very next day, which is the day we had to check out in the morning. We were very dissapointed so we asked if his manager could explain to us why we could not get the services we paid for. The rain had past, there was no bad weather anymore and the sky cleared up. (And indeed it didn t rain anymore not even the next day) When the SECURITY SUPERVISOR came down he approached us very rude without any understanding. And we told him that we are going to the manager on duty because this was unacceptable. The manager on duty tried to help us and told us that she ll come with a solution in the morning. Which was giving us a day pass! In our timeshare agreement/contract we are already supposed to have access to a daypass, another service they deny us in the this time of covid along with many of the services they deny timeshare holders. But you have to pay the SAME MONTHLY FEE for Timeshare. Neither did they give us access to the pool table, because of the covid . So we spent our last day of our 4 days vacation. In our room without access to anything and VERY BAD WIFI.
