Poor customer service + poor account team + poor phone operators

Absolute lie your hair products!! I used a light brown which I usually use from other brands and guess what ended up dark!! I had spend the last 4 hr to fix up my hair!! Had to coulour it a third time to open it up again and still dark!! L'oreal has ruined my hair and became my worst nightmare!! Hate for ever !! It ruined my hair !! Stay away from this brand!!

Shocking! Ordered an item online. No sign of receiving after 3 weeks. Customer service is non-existent.

There distribution centre in Dandenong Sth is an obnoxious place to work, there are a lot better warehouse jobs/ places of work. It has got a appalling name out amongst casual workforce community in how they treat casual employee s, There is a reason why they are continually looking for workers via recruitment agencies.

Omg. Currently on hold with Loreal Customer Service Unhelpful and does not listen. I contacted them via email, advised of faulty product I purchased, Loreal Deodorant that does not dispense remaining contents, this has happened to 3 cans. NO batch number at all on the product, told Loreal that and they said unfortunately you threw it out and We require the batch number. Do Not purchase Loreal Ever. I contacted by a Manager this afternoon after I called the Loreal StKilda office and she was just as rude, unhelpful and stupid as their Customer Service Rep. Clearly Loreal have poor customer service as ALL 1 Star reviews relate to this. The consumer Me/Us pay your salaries Loreal Employees.

Wrote a review on their website about their charcoal scrub and how I'm disappointed since they added something that now leaves you with a burning sensation. They then cancelled the review because it was unfavorable.

Worst online purchase experience ever! Received wrong foundation color as I ordered, and asked for an exchange. Then the second foundation received after 2 months was still the wrong shade!!! Helpless customer service and team at all!
Never buy online from their website!!

Customer care unhelpful. Denied the product wrong. Said my hair that s wrong!!!. Nothing on packed says what she claim. No apology nor understanding of my grief at result of loreal bad deceiving product. Told me to use bicarb soda and dandruff shampoo to get it out of hair but no offer to refund hair dye. Now I no longer will use any loreal product ever again after being avid supporter of lorral hair face & body product for msny year. I tell all my friends and they say loreal test on animals torture them too. Avoid.

Well my wife uses these products and has done for many years.
She was not impressed that the liquid filler lid would not seal and it leaked all through her make up bag
$$$$$ of ruined makeup now only to be given a $30 credit for replacement for Priceline NOT IMPRESSED
