Heather, Travis, Christina - they ve all emailed me and not one has ever followed up. Their emails claim to have located me in job search engines, yet they don t have access to my resume. I m finally unsubscribing from whatever email phishing scheme axelon is operating.

Alexon Services Corp in New York City is a shoddy operation. The written communications are inept and the demeanor is not just unprofessional, it is anti-professional. Zero stars "third world" level quality.

Wish there was a "0" start rating...

Once again, I sent a resume. And once again, no one responded when I sent a resume. And I asked for a reply, or a confirmation. Nothing. And I tried to call. But, as usual, the recruiter's voice mailbox is full -- and has been for three days.

Followed up with the Operations Manager, who gave me a bunch of excuses. Told her to remove my name from their database, permanently. Then hung up. Don't waste your time with this ridiculous excuse for a placement firm!

Sai Anil Kumar collected my resume saying he was working for PepsiCo. What was suspicious was he asked for my birthdate and last four of my SSN saying he wanted it for an identifier.
My guess is he is collecting resumes to show it to clients to appear as legitimate. He promised to call me the next day but disappeared like a Disney villain.

My experiences with Axelon Services have been nothing but extraordinary. I can't imagine where these negative reviews are coming from. In my professional interactions with this organization they have been professional, extremely accommodating, and always willing to go above and beyond to meet my needs.

Don't use this service- they sent me on an interview without any contact info and even tho they knew Monday AM I didnt get the job left me hanging- I had to call on wednesday afternoon to find out- they probably wouldn't have called- completely unprofessional- don't do it!!

Received an email regarding a position and requested I ring to discuss. Which I promptly did 3 times and left voicemails with contact details, I also reverted on the email received. Never heard a word back until they contacted me a few weeks later about another position. No interest after the complete lack of professionalism and rudeness I experienced first time around.
How a company with that level of non existent professionalism can continue in existence is beyond me.

I've been at Axelon for 7 years and the amount of career growth offered to me at this company has been tremendous. Great place to start your career as the company really values retaining talent and has opportunities for upward mobility.

This company is doing so many illegal things its absurd. Vivian Chow called me and asked for my citizenship status, which is illegal, then proceed to ask me for my social. I responded, i was not comfortable doing so, since there was no job offers and my application has not been submitted to the client. She then refused to proceed with my application and stated that she will not be moving forward. I assume, its because i have an accent. Well, i have an MBA and i know HR law and what she did was discriminatory. This company needs to be investigated and shut down. Do not waste time, pursuing anything with them. Just awful.

Axelon sent me numerous emails and calls about a position that I already held at the time at a large corporation. Now that I have left that position, they continue to send me emails about similar positions in the company that I just left after repeated requests that they stop. Their emails to me number in the dozens. I have also unsubscribed from their list at least twice. I never subscribed the first time. I would never consider working with them, ever. Bottom of the barrel!

I got two offers in one day, without applying .. even the recruiter was hesitant to hire and share details.. something is definitely wrong

Scam!!! Scam!! Read the " YELP" reviews. I keep receiving emails to an email address I rarely use about job opportunities. My resume has not been online in years..There are a lot of fake reviews here. Most of the employees are based out of " INDIA"... Look up the people that contact you on Linked In for more details and definitely read the Yelp Reviews. Block all emails from this company..

I was looking for work when Axelon contacted me. They found me a job that paid just as well as my last one (I was laid off) within a week. Really don t understand where all this negativity comes from. These people are legit and good at what they do. I ve worked for sketchy staffing companies but this is definitely not one of those.

Nothing new to contribute but a definite echo of the experiences others have detailed. Saw a couple of positive responses--I have to wonder what the secret might be to getting someone at Axelon to respond to the outreach they initiate. Bizarre.

I worked for Axelon for a few years, although they paid considerable lower than what they could have provided, I was eventually hired into a reputable company which provided me with skills to work in any industry. I give them 4 stars as they do have great clients. Try reaching out through the career site or main number as I have never had a problem.

Typical recruiter blasting out automated emails hoping to hit a possibility of revenue without so much as looking at the candidate. It's a worthless service to corporations and candidates because they don't waste any time with people in an attempt to find a match. Talking to them is viewed as a waste of their time unless you are a perfect match. This is an old tactic, and I really thought it died of loneliness long ago.

No matter who you are, this company is a waste of time.

Echoing the bucket shop. They seem more interested in filling jobs as soon as possible and earning commission than working to find hard-working people some long term jobs. Just like every other staffing agency. Apply directly to companies, not these guys. They clearly don't read through my resume; they keep wanting to stick me in jobs that are not even remotely in my field.

My experience with Axelon has been great. I interviewed within 3 days of applying for a job. I received an offer within mins of arriving home after the interview.

The company appears to be staffed with many very junior, unprofessional people, who bulk flood indiscriminately just about everybody, where a keyword search brought to their desk a name. No reading of the resume, no second tier of matching resumes with real jobs, no personal contact, no follow-up if the jobs are cancelled or changed, very poor knowledge and information about the jobs (that may be partially the hiring clients fault) just a very crude assembly line numbers game, hoping that something will "stick". It appears that Axelon is helping keep the unemployment rate in NY state low, by hiring all available people and paying probably minimal wages to young, untrained "recruiters" who come from various backgrounds. This strategy probably works because i imagine, the rents on Wall Street must be high...

Would rate 0. I don't believe this is an actual company, they are connected with a financial institution.

I don't have less than 1 star here to give, bad words are less for this company, no business etiquette, no management, they think Employees are slave for them, they don't talk to employee with respect. Account manager doesn't pick phone once you placed first project and they can't find project if you loose your client instead ask you to give them new client. cheap people.
Never help employee for any immigration matter, don't work with them if you are non-immigrant worker. only good thing, you get salary on time but others also do the same. I don't have any reason to refer someone for Axelon neither i want work with them again. words are less but complaints are never ending. so only few last words. !!!! Be Aware!!! Axelon services is not a scam, it's a real agency. They got me a 5 month assignment at a bank and at the end of the assignment I got hired. This is my sixth month working at the bank with benefits and everything. And all the recruiters were really nice and got back to me in a timely fashion. And they do send out a lot of emails about job, but isn't that a good thing, since it makes your job search easier? The job assignments emails they sent out are with good companies.

Great recruiting shop. Applied to a few positions and was recently hired. Would recommend.

I was not planning to rate them but I had to , I was communication with Candice Perkins for one of the position in Jersey City and did receive call from her till phone interview after that she never called back neither she replied to email to give updates about the status of the interview. This is most unpleasant experience with Axelon Services Corporation. I just got an email from David Narozniak, one recuiters of them, about the W2 contract opportunity at big big communication company working on site at Colorado. This is the full-time job and requires candidate having OPT status if you are an international student. Once he knew that I am not OPT student, he bacame kind of inviting and impatient to hang up with only one word "bye". That's horrible experience with this company and I thought every recruiter will make their best effort to find you best. I am totally wrong!!!

Axelon contacts me. A day later, I do phone interview w/ company. Next step, I get employed. All through the process, my recruiter was highly professional. Can t recommend these folks enough

I'm currently a Senior Engineer at a Fortune 100 company. They sent me an offer for a "Treasury Associate" in a completely different city from where I live. Even the most cursory glance at my resume or any online profile would show that I would not be an appropriate fit for this position.

double check your stuff because some representatives lie and hold back information. Ask for supervisors... SMH

Received an email from them which required to respond ASAP so I did and never gotten a response. It makes sense now reading everyone else s comments about this so called company. They re frauds.

It's A SCAM!!! DON'T GIVE OUT YOUR PRESONAL INFORMATION !!! I contacted the company that "supposedly" wanted to hire me and they have never heard of AXELON! and no they don't work with them.

Axelon emailed me with several job opportunities that peeked my interest. I was hopeful I was finally getting a better paying job in my field. Unfortunately. I did not receive a feedback. I called and received prompt response advising me to check out the job site. They never follow up with you on prospective jobs. Shame. Shame. Shame. Very unprofessional. !!!!!! Thank you Axelon. But No Thanks. :(

I received an email as well, telling me about a great position in Williamsburg and that I would be great fit, I called and left a message, but no response...is this for real? I read the other two comments and thought everyone should know about my experience as well, I thought it was a hoax, they want me to send my resume but how did they get my email in the first place? they said they found my info through a database, if they found my name and email in a database, they would have seen my resume as well, I would think. but I was afraid to send them my new resume.

I applied to a few open jobs at Axelon and got a response the same day. I worked with Noor and she got me a temp job that has a chance to go perm. Sent my colleagues resumes over as well! Lot of banking roles available!

Contact me about job via email. Funny thing is I never applied for one. Thought it was one of those pyramid schemes MLM at first. This company is a scam but are using different tactics lol.

They send multiple emails over and over, never answer the phone or get back to candidates real job. I m inclined to believe they are scam artists and a fake company. Don t work for them.

From previous experience and reading some of the the other reviews about them, I suspect that they are just a phishing operation.

I have received a number of job listings from this company. Nothing worked out because they are impossible to work with. I believe it is a scam.

I'm an IT professional, in Columbus, and I received an email from a Robert Taylor saying that he had my resume on file. He wants me to contact him about a warehouse position in Marysville, which is about an hour away from Columbus, that he thinks I'll be a good fit for. Email deleted.

Recruiter called me last year and within a week I had interviewed and placed at a major financial firm. Spent the next year working with some great people. Whenever I contact Axelon, they were quick to respond and helpful. No regrets.

They will work hard to get you employed; however, remember you are just a paycheck for them. I live in Florida and the company I currently work for was closed due to the hurricane Irma. This situation was totally out of anyone s control and to ensure safety. The situation was addressed with the employer and the employer s response was we (a team of 11 contractors) are the responsibilities of the staffing agency. I contacted Axelon via email and my recruiter responded with unfortunately the only way you get paid is WE get paid from the employer. This is unacceptable. I d hate to see how they treat their regular employees.

They will email you and say that they have your resume on file and that they have a position for you and you should call immediately,but when you call they sound if they don't know what they are doing or they just simply won't return your calls.

Avoid...recruiters are not friendly and just send mass emails.

My experience was email, phone call, and the conversation was her telling me I was not fit for the position. I researched the position myself and got an interview without her help.

At interview, hiring manager mentioned that they had some issue with recruiters, she did not specifically mention Axelon but her and I understood this is the company she was talking about.

am unsure about this organization, Axelon. I was literally in touch with your colleague, Molly I believe and she disappeared from the space of the earth. I was even in New York last week and reached out to discuss not only opportunities for me, but a few employers I wanted to refer with multiple positions here in Chicago.

I feel the way that connection was completely abandoned was widely unprofessional. Perhaps my precious contacts and employees will be treated the same way.

Women sends email. I have the nerve to respond asking about money...no reply. Typical agency that does not care at all about people.

Great place to work. I started working here in 2011 and since then have grown tremendously. There is a ton of room for growth for those who work hard, as all of management started as Recruiters and have grown within the company. Axelon has DIRECT relationships with really good clients.

I have NEVER dealt with this company before in my life, yet they sent me an email saying they had my resume on file and were looking for a J2EE developer. I know this is a lie because it wouldn't have listed any Java/J2EE skills... I am not a Java developer, I am not looking for work and have been employed by the same company for over 10 years... This email was very odd and I see that I'm not alone in that line of thinking based on other reviews... Seems like they just spam as many people as possible hoping for a response.

Why do I get another email in regards to a shopper position that I don't even want.

This recruiter constantly sends emails about positions but refuse to submit me for the position because i'm too Senior Level. Then why contact me at all? Axelon thrives off of internal time wasters. The job they refused to submit me for another staffing agency did submit me and I got the job. I would stay away from these people they are very unresponsive and borderline unprofessional.

I was contacted by Axelon regarding an exciting opportunity. With every interaction, the recruiter was very attentive, professional, and efficient. The entire on-boarding process was seamless and I was always kept abreast of actions required by me. The five stars are self-explanatory of my experience. However, I wish there was an option for me to include a high five!

Don t believe the one-stars. When you follow through with Axelon, it pays off. We ve all had that experience where you just don t want to go back on the job market and spend hours upon hours searching for the right position. But Axelon reached out to me and I was a good fit for one of their open positions in engineering. Recruiter extremely kind, understanding and open. Onboarding process was easy and they guided me through it every step of the way. Five stars for sure.

Its a scam, do not trust them with personal information.

Spammers sending you requests for positions you're not qualified for and that are far away from you. Not sure what these people are doing but it's not job placement. The company is just spamming everybody they can who is listed on the major job sites. Stay away!

If this company contacts you and you respond, you are a fool. They are not real and want to collect your personal info.

Wow, Axelon has been dramatically different from these reviews! from the beginning they were thorough and informative. i had a position that lasted 6 months. then they found me another where I am at now.

Something is wrong with this place. Front shop for the mob seems to be a fitting description! They are not legitimate from the letters they send out advertising for suppliers.

From reading all the other reviews on this site, axelon is not above board in their business dealings. They have the recruiters pumping out positive reviews here so they don't look so bad. . Pathetic criminals and they deserve to be in jail. I would make a guess that this is an illegal alien smuggling front for cheap labor! I'm calling the federal officials and local law enforcement if I can find their office address here.

On their shoddy website, they list an address at 160 main St up state by the st Lawrence River. Did a street view of this second office location and it a broken down two story old house that hasn't been used in years!

Fake job website,never answer call after they email.

I received an email stating they received my resume from some source and that I was a perfect fit for a position here in my city and to go to their website to review the company and the position. I did and then I responded to the recruiter to let him know I was interested as well as tried to call. The number I called just rang busy. I went to Linkedin and sent the recruiter a request to connect and told him that I tried to contact him via the email he sent. He informed me that the email was not from him but someone trying to impersonate him and his company. Who has time for this kind of foolishness, what what is the point?

I am currently considering/applying for positions with Axelon Services Corporation and working with recruiter named Minu. So far a great experience, she communicates in a timely manner and responds back very quickly, and is very helpful in finding employment. Thank you, and I look forward to working with Axelon Services.

With all due respect, the fellows at AXELON are some yuppies with no idea of real workers, vs. JOKERS like themselves. Very unprofessional and also, very arrogant. A waste of time and money. In case they use your DATA to spy and steal your identity, they should be the FIRST to be investigated.

I just got an email from a recruiter. Its like, how did they even get my email or resume?? I don't know. Seems really sketchy to me. Quite frankly, I don't think I will respond.

This is a scam company. They are a bunch of idiots. They skulk data from job boards then try to get you "careers" unloading trucks and "jogging" stock. None of the jobs are real.

I ve really enjoyed my time working on a contract position which Axelon Services found for me. Got a call from them they found my resume on LI and I was fresh out of a contract job and worried. Yet with Axelon at the wheel I was employed within a few days. Boom. Thanks Axelon! A+ for professionalism, salary and contact.

So I am a very senior resource and they just spammed me about taking an entry level 20 hour a week part time job, absolutely no due diligence in finding appropriate resources, would never work for a company like this.

I want to believe it is not a scam, but it led me to learn later they could be one. I got calls from this guy, took my information and said he would get back next week. That "next week" never happened. They ghosted my application.
Then weeks later another so called recruiter emails me with another job role. I am sure I will be ghosted this time too!!!
They have such poor ratings, and the recruiters are not even experienced enough to even write a proper email. Beware of this, don't waste you time.

Contacted twice by recruiters from this firm asking for my phone number and resume only to discover that the whole thing is a scam to try to steal your personal information. So despicable.

This is just a spam factory I get dozens of emails a day for the same job from different "recruiters" It does not matter whether you are interested or not you do not get a reply after the initial email but will still receive the same job posting over and over again

I received an email from one of the recruiters about a job position. She informed me they had my resume on file and thought I'd be a perfect fit for a job as an office clerk. Well if they would have taken 30 seconds to skim my resume she would have seen my 13 years of technical expertise. I called the recruiter to ask about why she thought I might be a fit 3 minutes after she emailed me. She had no idea who I was and she admits to spamming out emails all the time.

I wish they would just lose my resume they have on file as they don't take the time to read it anyways.

I was struggling for months to find work and then got the call from Axelon. Thanks, guys! Honestly, these one star people have too much time on their hands to come online and complain. For me, Axelon was a godsend, and it s offensive to me to see all this negative thought about them.

Just got a phone call from a little asian voice (sounded more like a kid then anything else) asking me if it was a good time for a job interview. Never knew this company before, don't even leave in the USA! Wondering where they took my canadian phone number. Seeing previous remarks in Google, doesn't sound a good place to work!

If you are unsure if a company is legit or not then check the reverse. When all of the positive reviews are from profiles with only 1 reviews (and all of the negative reviews have multiple reviews for their local areas); it s easy to conclude this business is not legit and they pay for positive reviews.

Great experience working for Axelon. I can t thank my recruiter enough for finding me my current position (I work in finance). Super professional, excellent salary and great communication. They re finding you a new position way before your current one is up. The negative reviews are totally unlike the experience I ve had with Axelon.

I echo the sentiment that they deploy unprofessional recruiters. The one that contacted me either seemed like she was fulfilling her college internship or it was her first couple of days on the job - she called me five times in one day because she couldn't get her stuff together and had to go back and forth with her manager. It was a joke. Check your sources and reread your emails before you contact a potential candidate, come on!

The particular recruiter also did a mini language test on me with the first call because the job required Korean. Let's put it this way, it seemed like this one lived her whole life in the States and learned Korean on the Internet watching K-dramas, had such a thick second generation accent it was hard for me to make out what she wanted to say.

If my experience is any example on the quality that I am being represented with by this employment agency, I highly doubt I will get any job with them.

Thank you for everyone who helped shed some light on this company. I receive emails from this company and others like it... frequently. So, at this point, I have stopped responding. It is good to know that I am not the only one who has had this same type of experience.

To All who receive multiple emails from Axelon or Objectwin it's from Indeed and Monster Job Search websites. I finally went into a ACTUAL Local Recuriting Office and showed them my emails they all said BEWARE Do not release any personal information online or over phone during ( so called telephone interview) it only creates a domino effect with these companies. Once you remove your resume or application from Indeed & Monster your emails will stop. Go in and visit with a True Staffing Office they are not all bad I'm in Houston Texas Area we have many and you will GET REAL WORK that fits your experience. I think the good reviews posted on here are from this Company just my thoughts.

The recruiter that reached out to me have 0 respect. Again they reached out to me and when I tried to follow up multiple times I got no response, I was intentionally being ignore. Please stop wasting peoples time!

I second all the good reviews coming in. This is a great recruiting shop! They re so responsive and I ve gone through several positions with them. U have to recognize this is contract work. It s touch and go.

OMG - the recruiter contacted me for Technical Advisor maintaining and repairing locomotives (claimed to have my resume on file and that I am a good match). I am a Human Resource Manager......LOL! Obviously just need to hit numbers on contacting people.
