Elegante Cuisine catered my team meeting for two days, with breakfast, lunch and snack. The food was amazing, and the caterers were extremely friendly and accommodating. We had a great experience and would recommend for any company catering needs.
I have been so impressed with the quality and variety of food choices! This beats all of the mundane same-thing caterers. Jessie, in particular, has been invaluable for planning events, taking into account not just our budget but also our personalities! She goes above and beyond the printed out menu choices others have offered and shows that she really listens to our responses to her questions about us and what we d like.
We had Elegante cater our wedding and it was definitely a subpar experience.

-food was good
Cons:
-contract was always changing & unclear (ex: we added a person to our contract & our new contract was less expensive with the addition of 1 person with no explanation or clarification, pricing changed every time we received an updated contract)
-extremely difficult to communicate with (Paige & Tom (manager) in particular (it would take multiple emails to Paige to hear a response. We've been trying to work issues out with Tom for THREE months now and get no reply or the fake "I'll call you tomorrow" then never does)
-ran out of dinner plates for our guests at our wedding even though we paid for extras
-they threw away the top layer of our wedding cake that was supposed to be saved for our "one year"
-multiple necessities weren't added to our contract until the last minute (cake cutting utensils & water glasses)
Definitely not worth the added pre-wedding stress!
10/10 would recommend to anyone. We had Elegante cater our company s conference and everything was perfect. I worked with Jessie and she was beyond amazing at setting the whole thing up. You will be in good hands, she was incredible, no detail to small, no dietary restriction un-manageable. Not a dissatisfied person in the building.
I cannot say enough good things about the food and staff of Elegante. The food they service is more like high end restaurant food than common catering food. We had Braised Short Ribs, Miso Sea Bass, and BBQ Pork Belly for my wedding. The Braised Short Rib is juicy and tender. The Miso Sea Bass is fresh and fluffy. The BBQ Pork Belly is so tender and flavorful, my Asian side of guests loved it.
Service is top notch as well. I have no complains. They really took the stress out of my wedding planning process. I didn t have to double check anything during the wedding or chase or push anyone for service. Such a great experience and memory!!
Excellent service staff. Food is always delicious. Drivers are very pleasant. Will order for my office again.
