From the initial phone call to the concept and design of the product we was very pleased with communication throughout.
The product was delivered on time and the standard of labeling and packaging are excellent.

Excellent Service and Speed. We are well looked after by Park acre. Deliver from stock for most of my vitamin supplements. Never had any problems. Most of the positive reviews here are done by Parkacre people themselves and are fake.
The truth is that this is a useless bunch who care very little for you as a customer, maybe because they have bigger ones than you. In that case, why work with small to medium sized companies?
It often takes 6 months to deliver with constant delays and ignoring your calls and emails- this is now considered a normal experience. We went fo 6 months without a key product and lost countless sales as a result.
Sales contacts give you answers as though you understand their full internal structure and as though nothing is ever their fault.
Frequent problems with quality such as delivering the wrong quantities, delivering without barcodes (when barcodes were ordered) and messing up the labels so we can't sell the products.
Products have varying quality and poor reviews by our customers.
They often have dodgy colourings and additives such as titanium dioxide in their supplements which are linked to disease, although legal, for now.
I've never worked with any company remotely as awful as this bunch of cowboy clowns and I'm so relieved to be finally changing supplier.
Awesome Service and well fast compared to my old supplier. Never had a quality complaint. Send stock in 24 hours if urgent. Thanks park-acre :-)
Incredibly slow order process and wait for delivery. As a result of their endless failed deadlines we lost many, many sales due to being out of stock.
Too many broken promises to give any thing other than a 1 star.
Excellent products and service. They are super flexible and customised my capsule formulation and made it a lot better than with my previous manufacturer.. I had the product tested for registration in the middle east and it passed all lab analysis. They also designed me great labels which is making my product sell much better. This company is a shockingly poor. Probably one of the worst company out there. They take your money and 6 months later they still can't give you a date. We had our first order from them and heard nothing back. We have had the product tested that they sent us and to our horror is has high levels of salmonella in it. Our assigned sales exec Demi will not return or calls or pass us over to a higher person in the company. 1 star is too good for this company and the cowboys that run it. Like Demi told us at the start because we are not holland and Barrett Parkacre do not care about the small companies.
