I ran into the same (extremely) incompetent and very rude lady who yells at you while looking for information, she did not understand my problem, despite the fact that I explained it to her several times while remaining courteous ... she ended up telling me "send a letter by post" and she hung up on me (mind boggling !!!!!!!)
(luckily I came across another service which was able to guide me properly) thank you to them.

I called for information about the start of the school year and any paperwork to have, I asked nicely, I got repackaged.
So I ask the lady calmly and always kindly to better talk to me. And she hung up on me.
I find its mind-blowing.

They had an opinion deleted - it's not shame that will make them feel uncomfortable, either.

From 2014 to 2016, the rectorate needed complaints from parents. To act.

The only academy in France that systematically gives the results of competitions or exams late. This should make them happy to keep the suspense going. Not very friendly and more.
