I had a less than satisfactory experience at Arnold Family Medicine. The wait times were long, and the staff seemed disorganized. The doctor did not fully address my concerns, and I left feeling frustrated.
Terrible, just terrible. I have been going to this doctor for over 20 years. And greed got the better of them. I went in for a wellness exam which is to be 100 percent covered by my insurance. Everything went fine I thought.. until I came in for my next visit and the staff at Sharma's office argued and insisted that I have to pay a double co-payment. After 30 minutes of back and forth I was told that during my wellness exam I was asked how my breathing was. Apparently they is in no relation to the wellness exam and because I answered i was billed for a wellness exam and a doctors visit. They tried to blame my insurance for not covering it but all my insurance wanted was a copay for a visit that I shouldn't of been charged for.
After being a patient at this facility for 22 plus years, I now find it necessary to find a new primary care physician. The examining RN insist that my visit & treatment cost be paid upfront. She maintains that my condition is from an accident. Refused to Bill my health insurance. I had to leave Arnold Family Medicine in great pain. Fine way to end a two decade relationship.
Don't go here, they do not care about people and they do not try to help you.Plenty of good doctors in Arnold, but not the dr,that is here
