I took my ring to La Masters to be repaired because I busted it pretty bad, and they went above and beyond my expectations. I got my ring back better than new. It looks amazing, they have a customer for life right here. The service was incredible, the repairs were done in a timely fashion and the price was more than reasonable. I can't thank them enough , seriously my ring sparkles more than ever before.

I went in thinking it was another jewly store that has used car salesmen tactics. A nice women named Katie spent nearly five hours with me and my finance. She never pressured us and even told us to look elsewhere if we wish. The selection was the best in Temecula. After 4-5 hours me and mine purchased a ring she loves to death. What I really appreciated was the time and energy Katie spent displaying different rings and diamonds so we could choice the best option both for quality and budget.
I had them design an engagement ring. Everyone there was very helpful throughout the entire process. They made sure I was involved in every step and ensured the ring was what I wanted. Great place!

Great experiences working with Bob and others at La Masters to find an engagement setting for a diamond I purchased elsewhere. They truly listened to me in terms of taste, budget, etc. They answered all my questions and then made suggestions based on what I described. And unlike other jewelers, they never tried to push or sell me anything. Friendly, helpful and completely pressure-free! I typically won't even set foot in a retail jewelry store, but La Masters is very different! I'm sure to return for future anniversaries and other special gifts.

Everyone is very nice, I got a necklace repaired here and the price was comparable to getting it repaired at zales where it was purchased but the turn around time estimate was half that and it was actually ready earlier than they said it would be!

Came across this little gem of a jewelry store via the Internet. Went in and explained what I was looking for and Brie who helped me give me a couple suggestions and we finally came up with exactly what I wanted! I came to find out this jewelry store has been in business for a very long time and it is a family business. Everybody who was working in the shop was very pleasant and I look forward to working with them for many years.

I had the best experience at La Masters of Fine Jewelry starting just over a week ago. I needed my wedding set resized and re-dipped. I feared that the mall wouldn't reopen anytime soon, and I remembered I saw a post on Instagram from La Masters saying they were open for curbside service! Yay! Today I picked up my ring and I am so happy! It seriously looks brand new! Did I mention it only took 1 week??!! I am extremely happy with my service! This family owned business is amazing! Excellent service. Watch band was fixed and my necklace was also fixed. Gentleman was able to fix it even tho he needed a different tool. The young lady was gracious and finished my necklace while I waited. Just a delightful experience today. Thank you.

Quick and friendly service on my watch battery replacement. Sadly they scratched the bottom of my watch up a lot replacing the battery. Disappointing. I took it to a shop so I wouldn t scratch it up myself. If I would have known I would have just done it myself.

I have been a client of La Masters since the mid 1990's. I have always had a great experience whether purchasing, having a repair or cleaning my jewelry. This visit introduced me to Serina who took such great care of me while having my rings repaired. One of my rings has great sentiment and not only did Serina find out exactly what was needed for the repair, she saved me a lot of $$$ by ordering the correct repair. The repair was also done 3 days sooner than I was told. I appreciate her professionalism and friendliness. It's still nice to have a family owned business in town.
It's important to work with a knowledgeable salesperson. Some of their temporary employees during holidays are not well versed or knowledgeable enough in showing their products.
Went in to purchase an Alex and Ani bracelet. I wasn't sure which one I wanted but Leah helped make my decision so much easier. They have a huge selection to choose from and their customer service is exceptional! Highly reccomend this place for any of your jewelry needs!
