I absolutely cannot understand the negative reviews. To award a star borders on complete arrogance. The lady is probably only used to Hilton and Waldorf Astoria ...
The island, the beaches and the bungalows seem to have been taken from a glossy brochure. Nobody at home wanted to believe that these were pictures from my smartphone. Top (!!) care and the food was a dream for the palate and eyes. Relaxation on the one hand, sporting activities on the other. Snorkeling on the "house reef", diving, jet skiing, fishing, tennis, golf, and there is even a gym.
All inclusive plus is completely sufficient, I think upgrading to gold is superfluous.
Conclusion: Absolutely recommended for couples and families with small children if you are looking for peace and relaxation. Older children / young people are likely to have problems with their leisure activities (there is WiFi in the bungalow!).
Tip: Fly directly to the Maldives from Germany. Open jaw flights over Dubai or Abu Dhabi are just long and annoying.

11 days all-inclusive on Kuredu in September. Staff was always friendly, food was delicious, fresh and the selection was great. Room was cleaned several times a day. I think you do not have to say much about the beach, Maldives just :)

5* Service all round.. staff are super friendly and rooms are very clean. Special thanks to Ashal and Albin who really made my stay worthy and very pleasant. This is my second time visiting the island and will definitely be back for many more.

Omg. Best location ever. Food great. People great. Beaches perfect! Coming back to Maldives over and over. Flew with Emirates. Stopped off in Dubia but split the journey up nicely. Chance to stretch the legs. My advice would be to take a small rucksack to put a change of clothes and a few essentials in as the cabin baggage was denied on the sea plane transfer so my wife and I ended up waiting for our room in our jeans and t-shirts in very humid and hot conditions.

Paradise beyond our expectations, Our Ocean villa was Amazing, the most perfect place ever! Would definitely go back, 1st class service, cannot fault it at all!

A Resort for everyone. Young couples on their honeymoon and families. Where the atmosphere is sparkling and at the same time relaxing. A large island where walking barefoot regenerates body and mind.

Went to the island to visit the reef. Excellent snorkelling site for turtles and lots more to see.

The worst Maldives resort I ever been. And I have been on seven different resorts. It doesn t bother you. House reef is almost dead. Only a lot of turtles gives some good. Half of the stuff are incompetent. They should only be there after several reminders.

The worst Maldivian resort we were on, and we were on seven different ones. It is worth going here only if you need unlimited drinking, and the underwater world does not interest you. Home reef is almost dead. Only a lot of turtles somehow save the situation. Half of the staff is incompetent. What they should do by default, they often do only after a few reminders.

Instead of literally 4 hours later, write a standard reply, in which there is an obvious lie, since on the third day of our stay we asked if someone didn t need any feedback, but until the last day of their stay, no one expressed a desire to listen to us. How can you become better if you don t even try to find out what exactly the guests were dissatisfied with? The above described only a small part of the existing problems. And until they are resolved, we will definitely not go here and will not recommend Kuredu to anyone.

Beautiful place islanders can't wait to attend your every wish

The perfect place to really switch off. Wonderful, large island where you can have both peace and quiet and plenty of action. The food was excellent, the staff without exception extremely friendly, helpful and always smiling. Accommodation very well and comfortably furnished, the highlight is the semi-open bathroom (not in the water villas).
Spas are a little more expensive, but the treatments are very good and worthwhile.
Underwater world varied, unfortunately no large reef on the island.

After a holiday here you are incredibly well recovered! Come here for the second time in a few weeks and we are really looking forward to it!

Paradise awaits you on Kuredu Island with its white beaches, turquoise waters, and palm trees. Inside the cozy beach villas, you'll find a big, comfortable bed, a desk, a couch, and a TV. The bathroom on the backside of the villa is outside, along with a small garden. The food in the restaurants is always fresh and delicious. The staff is attentive, very nice, and makes you feel welcome at all times.

Very bad ... a vacation at the airport? ...
D rather not. Every 15 minutes an airplane arrives. Loud and dirty. Unfriendly. No recommendation!

Nice big island, the people spread so you feel very alone.

This play was paradise. I've been there with my new wife on honeymoon and it's everything we could of wanted in a post wedding get away. The island was beautiful, the ocean was stunning, the food was incredible. The staff are all well trained, kind and friendly. We are coming back!

This is an ideal place to go for a honeymoon. Had an amazing time, white beaches blue seas. Blue sky. Food was varied and amazing.

eat a lot of choice and different topics every day, there is something for everyone. The beach is very clean and not overcrowded. Sometimes you are the only one there. Staff excellent and courteous, whether at the bar in the restaurant, the room service or just the taxi driver. However, the prices for essentials such as sunscreen are very steep. a tube $ 30 (!!).

The paradise exists and it is the une week of pure happiness nothing to say it was exceptional

Fantastic accommodation on the beach, only 25 metres from the sea.
Food is of a high quality and drinks in with the package.
You can easily snorkel with Sharks, Ray's and Turtles.

Paradise! An amazing destination that I wish everyone would experience. The food was indescribably good. All meals kept the highest possible level, straight through for two weeks. Dive center on the island has a very high standard. There is nothing negative. We went in October before the actual season started, which did a lot on the price. The weather was varied with a little rain every day, but it was more pleasant than hard ..

This place is absolute paradise. Stayed here in 2005 for two weeks on our honeymoon in a water villa. The staff are amazing and the no shoes, no news theme was perfect to completely switch off. Perfection!

The island was very nice. The barefoot restaurant was a hit! The way back in the evening along the beach was a dream. Unfortunately there were sandflies during our stay. These were annoying and have brought a longer-lasting rash with it. Only the Cactus juice could stop the flying. The hotel staff was very hard to bring the fly under control. Every day all the sand was hacked up to raise the fly eggs and kill them. The underwater world is uniquely beautiful. Directly on the island there is the so-called Turtle Airport. Already while snorkeling in the water you can always watch large sea turtles. A few hundred meters from the island there is the so-called aquarium. A wonderful underwater world. The dive center on the islands is well equipped and has the best diving spots in the program. We will be back!

Very cosy, employees are very cordial. When choosing your accommodation go for the south side of the island, beaches are far superior there.

To be honest it was the best! The staff were very friendly and went over and above to make our stay beyond wonderful....words are hard to describe how beautiful the place was in every respect....and the food!!!

Peaceful, beautiful with an amazing atmosphere. Every picture are lying, it's a hundred times more breathtaking in real life!

From arriving on the harbour until leaving to come home, we were treated to a totally spectacular location, professional, friendly and courteous staff and excellent food. The staff are the icing to the cake for the whole experience and the owner takes great care in maintaining a high level of service delivery.
If your looking for paradise on earth, look no further, as I believe this place is as close as you will get!

It's such beautiful and a great place to relax. It's also amazing if you can snorkel and dive professionally as you can see beautiful exotic fish and other marine life.

We spent time at this resort a few years ago, it was delightful . Everything was nice in my memory, from the arrival by seaplane, to our room on the beach, the dives, food, staff.

Absolutely amazing. We had a beach bungalow on the lagoon side and to be fair it was the best side of the island in my eyes. The clearest water I have ever seen and the cleanest sand as well. We stayed in jan/Feb 2011 and the weather was amazing. The staff are very helpful and will do anything for you. Would go back straight away any day best holiday destination I have ever been.

Paradise, the environment, the staff and the wildlife are amazing. Food stunning and hot. Room was cleaned twice a day, nothing is too much trouble for the staff.
Come for your honeymoon as we did, you'll remember it for the rest of your lives. Perfection!

Excellent! My wife and myself went here on our honeymoon in Sept 2014, just under a year ago. It was probably the best holiday ever. Can't wait until we go back! To be fair, we didn't really indulge in any of the activities as after the stresses of planning a wedding, we just wanted to relax for the duration of our honeymoon. Staff was great, place was great, beach villa was great, weather was great, scenery was great, overall perfection. Would recommend this resort to anyone. Few bits of advice, please please go full board. Otherwise lunch/dinner will be VERY expensive and keep an eye on mini bar as drinks are a but expensive as some drinks in the fridge in the room are not included in the package. Can't wait to one day go back to this beautiful place. If anyone is booked up, enjoy to the max as TRUST ME when I say, you'll be counting the days until you go back! Enjoy people!!!

Just back from Kuredu with great memories in my luggage. We have been to Kuredu 6x for the past 22 years. We had a nice beach bungalow on the north side of the island. I would prefer this again and again because the bungalow is beautifully situated on the lagoon. The only thing that bothers the beautiful look of the lagoon, the thick tube across the beach, is flushed with sand in the lagoon. Therefore 1 * deduction. An elegant solution would be desirable. The room service is great. A great idea we found, the daily there are 4 bottles of drinking water in the room. In addition you have the possibility to buy aluminum bottles for $ 6, which you can refill at all the bars for free. Top idea in the sense of environmental protection. The vegetation of the island is fantastic. The food at Bonthi Restaurant is really great. Very varied. We were also in the Sangu restaurant but the difference in quality to the Bonthi is imaginary. Still a highlight is the Tauschule of Prodivers. A great team and still great diving spots were the highlight of our vacation. Also our friend who traveled with us were thrilled with the island and we plan to come back in 2 years. The friendly staff who recognized us even after so many years has made our vacation perfect. Many thanks also to the GM for the nice attentions for repeaters. We come back
