All the other one star scorers must've had bad attendance haha! I have been here for over 6 years and I plan on staying. There is constant growth even into office jobs. The work is repetitive - like all manufacturing jobs. The work is challenging, mentally and sometimes physically and they believe that us operators should use our brains and our bodies which is way better than my last job. Yes, their pay is great and the OT is AMAZING. Your shift becomes a family (good and bad). The environment is a manufacturing environment, if you can't handle it, don't even apply here. If you have a good work ethic, can show up to work for every shift you have, do your job safely and be relied upon, please apply, I'll share my daily and weekly OT with you!

Shipping department is near the railway tracks at north side of the building, just by the street.
You might have to back up from the street.

Very good place to work. Friendly staff, overall clean environment for a rubber factory. The only downfall is the temperature can get up their in the summer.

WORST PLACE TO WORK EVER! Everyone there is rude, and it's hard, hard labor. As long as you work there, you will be in a bad mood every day. I promise you that. Save yourself and DONNOT work here.

Horrible place to work! Working here is working in a place where time has forgotten you! Workers rights? Yeah right! I thought sweat shops were illegal in this country?

I recently purchased a replacement part to repair a toilet. As I tried to install it a very small part broke upon insertion. I was able to complete the repair with a little ingenuity and it worked fine. I decided, with little actual hope, to contact the manufacturer and tell them what happened. I am very pleased to say I just received the replacement part, which arrived after only three days. I want to thank the company, Lavelle Industries, for there outstanding response. Thanks very much.
