Great museum with a variety of art work. Exhibitions change frequently. Modern art, in a wonderful building in the city centre at the museum Park. Also a kids atelier (Sunday)
A fun day out.

Nice exhibitions, not all halls I found equally interesting but otherwise very nice. Especially with the bank giro lottery pass. Time format and clearly marked walking route works great! A lot of attention for disinfection and distances in the restaurant.

The Kunsthal is on the outside by the exciting architecture of Rem Koolhaas and inside the interesting exhibits. The changing exhibitions not only include paintings, but also other objects. There are even exhibitions on very unusual themes, such as shoes or land mines. Keep an eye on the website for the current program.

Always worth a visit. The building is a bit confusing and not my taste (as is most of the rest of what OMA/Rem Koolhaas designed), but most of the exhibitions are fantastic. Free entrance with the MuseumCard!

Beautifully designed museum with a wide range of, and frequently changing (contemporary) exhibitions in a number of well lit spaces.

It's located at the museum park, just west of the heart of Rotterdam, close to the Maas riverside.

Park your car at underneath the Museumpark garage.

The Kunsthal also has a public restaurant which offers the standard range of modern drinks, snacks, lunch and alcohol. Bit average but nice to unwind.

You would hardly believe it but these are wall hangings. In the art gallery is a beautiful exhibition from the first world war war to almost now that is a beautiful representation of the development of modern art.

Visited a very nice exhibition about Hyperrealism. Huge human bodies were shown in the exhibition. You were of course not allowed to touch these images. It is certainly worthwhile to visit the Kunsthal. If you are a student, you can get a discount with your CJP card. Normally a ticket costs 18 and with a discount only 9. So do!

Good museum in a modern building. You do need a coin for the lockers (you will get this back afterwards). Catering is also good and there is always something cool organized during museum night!
